★☆☆☆☆ I have had the worst experience with Goodhood. Outside of my first experience this has been terrible. I scheduled an appointment a few months back and Manuel showed up and fell asleep in front of my house as soon as he pulled up. I work from home and my desk is right in front of the window. I took a picture because I was in disbelief. I let him do the oil change only that day because he wasn’t prepared to do anything else. Recently, I schedule another online change. Heather sends me a message saying she cancelled it because I am not due per the manufacture requirements. I called because the sticker on my car from Goodhood says something different. At that time she says well one of our technicians was going around putting the wrong mileage on cars. I explained this is something you call and explain to a customer not just cancel and send a message with half the story. She stated well I basically told you this already. The she ask if I drive to work (which I do 1-2 times out the week) she then says well we can’t give you anymore free oil changes because that would be too many. I explained that is what I was sold on. I asked to speak with a manager and she denied me saying she doesn’t understand why if I’m going to cancel. She then said she cant and won’t give me the managers name. She hung up on me and blocked my number and cancelled my policy. The idea of this services is great but the workers do not want to do the job. I did not yell, scream, or curse at her. She was very unprofessional. This is in no way shape or form a competitors comment. The owner attempted to pay me to remove the comment. I refused because the service is genuinely terrible
