Misplaced my wheel lock and blew my scheduled appointment the day before I had to leave for a 2500mi trip. Found it back at the house and the guys worked me back in to an otherwise busy afternoon and got me back on the road and still on schedule. For the record, I put over 110,000 incident free miles on a set of OEM Goodyear Fortitude HT tires on my 2021 Chevy Colorado. Needless to say, that is what went back on today.

Victoria is great! I’ve been there before but service this time was even more amazing! I went in late on Sunday after my daughter noticed I had a nail in my tire. It wasn’t repairable but Victoria walked me through the options and got me fixed up. They also did a battery check and noticed my battery was extremely low so she ordered me a new battery on the spot and had it replaced in no time. Thanks for all your help and courtesy! Hands down best service and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Goodyear and thank you Victoria!

I don’t typically post bad reviews of businesses because everyone can have a bad day…. But today I went to Good Year Tires on Bosque for an alignment and oil change (expensive but much needed so I did it). When my car was ready they told me my battery tested bad. Like not poor but like he was surprised it started today bad. He said I needed a battery that was going to be right at $300 for the battery and installation. Well it just didn’t sit well with me and I told him no and left. I went to another place to get a battery because they are much cheaper. They hooked my battery up to their machine and it came back that my battery is good. Nothing at all wrong with it. Good Year tried to take advantage of me and that is not okay. So I highly recommend staying away from that place. They will never get my business again. It sucks trying to find a place to work on my car that I can trust.

We got a piece of metal stuck in our tire and Kevin (I believe was his name, working at 6pm on 7/11/25) was very nice and helpful! Great customer service, he deserves a raise! Will definitely recommend this place to others.

I do not recommend getting your car repaired at this Good Year location on Bosque. When I reported that my wheel hub was loose, Adam, the manager, claimed they looked at my car — but that was not true. They did not actually take the time to check the issue at hand. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to deal with dishonesty and laziness when it comes to vehicle safety. Brandon Evan, who is no longer there, always provided excellent customer service and took care of his customers. Unfortunately, that level of care is gone. Please be advised of the lack of initiative and poor service — I won’t be back.

I visited this location with my daughter for her car to be serviced and you can tell that they schedule too much at once and can not get it done in a timely matter. I’m not sure if they need more employees or what it is, but there’s no point in even scheduling appointments. The employees themselves do very good work, it just seems understaffed. The floors in the waiting room look terrible, like the employees did them themselves or something. They definitely need to redo them, they’re uneven and could be a hazard, especially for someone who has a hard time walking like me.

Do not go here for brakes or AC service. Had my brakes replaced 3-4 times with them. Within a few days I had to take my vehicle back because the brakes were grinding. This happened about 3-4 times. I lost count. Each time they said oh the brakes were defective. Yes they replaced each time no charge but that was a hassle. Then I went to get my rear ac fixed and they said it was ready. When I picked it up the rear ac still didn’t work. They didn’t even fix it. If you want a job done correct the first time. Do not go here

Victoria has been absolutely amazing these last few visits! She has walked me through my options while my truck is being worked and has helped me every step of the way. Getting your vehicle fixed is never a fun experience but she really does light up the entire establishment with her joy and smile! She has made my recent experiences with good year a 10/10! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get vehicle repairs done. Also, they have been quick with all of my repairs, and they update you step by step as they go!

My car died unexpectedly on the highway while traveling. This is not my regular shop but I have had work done at other Goodyears. Greg and Austin took care of the issue others looked over. Fantastic experience! Brandon, Victoria, and John worked very hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the tires and the installation. Because I was going up to a 285\75\17, (new lift and suspension)I had some clearance concerns. They did a test fitment and confirmed that the tires fit without issue. They gave a very good price on the tires and made sure I would get the $200 rebate from Goodyear. Over the years I have purchased a lot of tires and these are the best people I have ever dealt with. I will be a Goodyear customer for life. Great service and fantastic product.

Honestly, Kelvin and Victoria went above and beyond what I was expecting to get me back on the road in time for an event. A different shop failed me spectacularly and I was calling around in desperation to find ANYONE that could get my car safely back on the road in time. When I called Goodyear, they made sure I was taken care of that day and that I don’t need to cancel any of my plans. Kelvin actually proactively ordered my tires for me to make sure they’d get here in time while we were talking. It meant a lot to be treated like a person and not a wallet on legs. Service took a reasonable amount of time, and the price was actually a bit lower than the other place had quoted me. They were knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being pressured into buying something I didn’t want. Thank you so much guys

Did not trust the evaluation I received here. They were clearly trying to get me to pay for service that was not necessary. They said I needed new struts and brake rotars which would’ve been a lot of extra money and work. I said no and took it to another shop and sure enough the other shop (which has been verrrry trustworthy in all my other work) said my struts and rotars were fine right now and I did not need that work done. Will not be returning. Oil change and tire rotation were very expensive too.
