Taylor has always been great to work with and is very knowledgeable. Also, they’ve taken the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID. Was quoted 2,000 for repair to my car. The explanation to the price did not sound right to me. I took it elsewhere and they got everything done for 300. This franchise will overcharge you!

The staff at the DeWitt Store on Erie Blvd was excellent! The young lady at the counter helped me choose the right tires for my truck and helped me to get a great price! While i waited she and the manager helped a guy with a flat tire . My wait was short and comfortable.

Reading some of the other reviews, it appears this is a theme with the front desk guy, Jim. I booked an appointment online two days prior to my appointment on Saturday and when I arrived for my appointment, Jim told me he couldn't find my appointment in the system. I showed him the confirmation email I received, confirming my appointment for Saturday at 9:00am and he was nothing but RUDE. I've been in customer service my entire life and I've never thought to treat a customer this way. He showed me how they had no room in the schedule for my appointment and when I asked how it's possible that I have a confirmation email, he told me "Well, I'm not the Internet so I don't know what to tell you!". At this point, my blood pressure was sky rocketing, so I left and decided to bring my car to the other Goodyear on Water Street and the woman working the front desk was WONDERFUL. The best part is that Jim called me on my way to the other Goodyear and said that he "found" my appointment in the system and it was for 2pm. Yeah, BS. He definitely found space in the system after I left and tried to make up for it. Horrible, horrible experience and I will never bring my car to that location ever again.

Great service and friendly staff- however the they didn’t tighten any of my lug nuts after an alignment, which could have caused a dangerous situation and major damage to my vehicle. I caught the error after several had already fallen off. You pay a lot of money to trust the professionals… heh!

Had my winter tires changed over to summer tires that I ordered from Goodyear online. Had an appointment. They took the car in at the designated time. Took about an hour and a half. They didn't try to upsell me on additional services. Good experience. I will use them again.

This place like to take advantage of women by trying to over charge you. I went in to just get my new tire and new rims to put on my truck. And they try to charge me almost $700 dollars. Just for that. When my boyfriend called them to ask why there trying to over Charge me? They said that they was just only suggesting certain things that I should get. Then they switched it up and said well we can't put the tires and rim on anyway because it's not the right fit for the truck. These people are liers and scammers. Stay away from this place if your a woman.

Had a 9:00am appointment for oil change and tire rotation , they was a sale for this service , $58.00 and some change includes up to 5 quarts of oil. I own a 2015 Tundra so the vehicle takes 8 quarts . I wanted to wait as this should be routine and should be done quickly , and after waiting 1 and 1/2 hours I asked what was taking so long to get my truck done. I was then told the mechanic broke a part on my truck and they were waiting for that part to be delivered to the shop .I was then told it will be another 1/2 Hour . After another 45 minutes I was told my truck was ready. And what does Goodyear do to compensate me, they didn’t charge me for the part they broke per (Ted ) and 10% off the service , well that 10% I didn’t see discounted on my receipt. As for the part your damm straight your not charging me for it. What a joke this store is , my last time with them ever !!!!!!!

Went in for a quick oil change as I saw a sign out front for a sale. They pointed out my inspection was up so I had them do that while I was there. Took two hours and they came back trying to up-sell me on a set of tires. Granted I did need some new tires but the ~$900 price quote they handed me was ridiculous. Good year has done this to me every time I've stopped there, won't even be going back for the cheap oil change. Took way to long and they will inevitably try to overcharge you for repairs.

Absolutely Horrible. I called Thursday to set up dropping a car for a set of tires on Saturday. We brought the car by 8:30 and asked if it would be done in 2 to 3 hours. We were told they were down a person, so it would be closer to 3 hours. We returned at 11:30 and it had not moved. When we asked, we were told it was scheduled to go in at 1 pm. We left with the car. Went to another place which worked us in and by 1 pm, we were headed home. If we were told it would be 1 pm when I called on Thursday, that is when we would have been there. I also agree - AAA discount is a joke as they were only willing to take a couple dollars off the labor.

Quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue in a timely fashion. Appointments were only 3 days out i stead of going to the dealer who was 3 months out. Got me back on the road in a safe vehicle the same day. Thank you goodyear.

Mike was extremely knowledgable and kind when I took my car in due to an object stuck in my tire. He helped me set up an appointment very promptly, did his job well, and even took the time to keep me informed throughout the process of remedying my tire issue. I am so grateful for his expertise and the extra care he puts into his work.

I popped in on a Sunday, when they should have been closed, and they saved me, big time and got me out of a jam. LP and Mike were so helpful and thoughtful, it was a massive stress reliever. 10/10 would go see them again. Awesome stuff.

Went in today to get tires. Only 1 customer in the building. I let the person at the desk know what I was there for and they said they'd be with me in a minute. I waited over twenty minutes and was still not helped with only 1 customer in the building whose vehicle was already being worked on. Guess my money and time will be spent elsewhere. I suggest you do the same

My car died on me less than a mile from Goodyear. As I saw Goodyear was AAA certified/recommended, my dad and I called the shop and they said that they'd be able to look at my car the following day (Friday, 4/19/24). My dad calls the shop later that day, they express they are swamped and will get to my car first thing the next day (Saturday, 4/20/24). On Saturday, my dad calls the shop again late morning/afternoon, the worker who answered the phone gave a lot of attitude and first told my dad they won't look at my car until Monday (4/22/24), but then said they won't be able to until the following Friday (4/26/24). Unfortunately, I had to call AAA and have my car towed from Goodyear to a different shop who thankfully replaced my battery, which took less than an hour of their time. Very disappointed with Goodyear's service as I am a college student at Le Moyne, 2 minutes down the hill.

What a great place! Your daughter is traveling alone cross-country and has tire problems on a Sunday morning while you are 10 hours away. Thank God for Good Year & Mike! He helped out and got her back on the road in about 20 minutes. Thank you, Mike!

Got a flat tire, AAA towed it to here. Ended up calling in the morning to see if they were going to be able to get it done that day or should I get it in somewheres else. He just said yeah I would just take it somewheres else. Mind you he was a bit rude until I just said I’m going to have it towed somewhere else and fixed. Then he was being friendly giving me all the other places to take it too. After get it all set up to go somewhere else, I get a call from there telling me that they looked it at it. And I need a new tired. Overall just unprofessional. After I got it all set up to go somewhere else now you want to look at it. Mind you the guy said they were booked all day and probably won’t be able to get to it. Ridiculous and waste of time and money!!!

How about four new tires for my Mitsubishi Outlander with the warranty for all four and ended up getting a blowout on one of my tires and they can replace it completely free. I absolutely love this place and I recommend it to anybody

My daughter has her car towed here by AAA after she made a quick stop and couldn't start her car. We chose Goodyear as they were in close proximity and AAA recommended. They closed at 6 pm Thursday and she arrived just before 6. She was informed that her vehicle would be checked out the following day and that I would receive a phone call by Friday afternoon. I called Friday around 2 and was told that they were too busy and was promised that the car would be looked at Saturday morning. No call by Saturday afternoon so I called again. I was informed by Mike, (with an attitude) that they might be able to look at it on Monday! When I asked him why no one had bothered to communicate with me for 2 days he told me I'd have to wait until the following Friday! At this point I called AAS, had the car towed to Mr Tire and had the car fixed the following business day (Monday) in an hour as the battery was defective. I'D GIVE GOODYEAR ZERO STARS IF I COULD! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. READ HOW THEY TREAT WOMEN IN THEIR OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS!
