Save yourself the trouble and go to another tire location. I had a pretty horrible experience when going in to get all 4 of my tires replaced and being helped by salesman MIKE DOLAN. First of all, when I asked if the shop could check why my TPMS light was malfunctioning, as it was turned on despite the tire pressure being fine, he proceeded to mansplain tire sensors to me without really answering my question. Then when I asked him about warranties on my new tires and what would be covered, it was like pulling teeth to get a direct answer until finally he managed to spit up that I would need to pay for the warranty out of pocket separately. Later when we came to pick the car up, and I asked if they found any issues with the TPMS, he initially insisted that no there wasn’t and that everything was fine. At this point my fiancé had to intervene and sternly ask him if the light had indeed gone off after replacing the tires. Then Mike reluctantly called the mechanic into the shop who proceeded to tell us that all 4 sensors were bad and needed to be replaced. I’ve never dealt with a salesperson who was such an incompetent misogynistic prick. My experience here was so negative that I won’t be going back to this location ever again.★☆☆☆☆ 2 months ago
