Took several hours for a simple tire change on a semi truck trailer...I work for a national carrier and everything was processed, and paid for before I arrived. (Confirmed with carrier) the actual Tire change took one hour whem 30min is norm..then the guy sat in his office on his phone for an hour..when I asked several times what's the problem he said paperwork...my company already processed that..dont know what the holdup is and dont want to speculate..but disappointed greatly with service... took over 2 hours for flat tire..time is money

Super nice and friendly with great customer service. Had all 4 tires replaced here and a blowout on one just after 3 months due to a puncture. Main rep has been working endlessly to help find a used tire until they can get the new one in.
