This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The mechanic with the long hair is very rude and unprofessional, he looks at you as if you’re stupid and he’s a god or something, it’s seriously disgusting. I will never return to this horrible place.

The absolute worse customer service i have ever experienced with the guy with the long hair in the front, i came in to the repair shop for them to check a engine misfire code that came on for a brief a week ago (i have no engine check light in my car at the moment, keep this in mind), mechanic pulls out the dipstick and informs me there is no oil and that he cannot work on my car. I tell the mechanic that there is "a dent in my oil panel causing false readings and that there is indeed oil in my car" (if there was no oil i wouldn't have been able to even drive to the location and my engine check light would have been on and flashing but it was not). Other mechanics i have been too know this and are able to work on my car. The mechanic informed me that he could not work on my car even after telling him about the dent in my oil panel causing the false readings and instead of him doing a further inspection and listening to me, he was so quick and rude to turn me down. All he had to do was just check the actual oil panel and see there is oil, it was just purse laziness from these individuals. I have no idea how this store is still in business they honestly need to shut down if they are rude, liars and too lazy to actually check the issue of the car and not just the dip stick of the oil when i informed them of the dent.
