My husband and I are at the end leg of our trip - staying overnight at Pensacola - Texas bound. Our slide would not pull in, actually both slides were not working at all. Thought we'd be here all day. Called Grace & Sons & thank God he answered. He walked us thru the steps & it worked. The end of our trip was not a disaster we owe it all to you. Thank you so very much!!😊👍

Called and spoke with Ernie about a cpl issues with our RV that needed repair. Ernie stated to call back the following week to see if he could get us in(ac and slide out issues)(not in need of a rush fix) my husband called him back and left a message,he never even returned our call.

Bought a motorhome the Wednesday before Thanksgiving from a dealer in Navarre, FL while on a short vacation with my teenage son. Found it on FB Marketplace for an insanely low price given its year and mileage. I threw down the debit card and it was all mine. As is.. Just as soon as I pulled out of the dealership driveway, I quickly realized why it was priced the way it was. For the next 48 hours, my son and I made it a whopping 25 miles. I tried everything I knew how and nothing helped. After as many internet searches as I could do, I found Grace & Son's. I had to leave the Winnebago Sightseer with him and head back to work. I guess the only issue I'd have with him is he don't listen to your budget limitations. Mine being $1,200-$1,500 and my final bill was $1,980... I'll let you do the math. Now, as far as the quality of work, exceptional... Had me up & going. Could have been a lot worse for a holiday breakdown. I learned being an RV'er isn't for everyone. I got a crash course in that very fast... Mr Grace knows what he's doing, but cheap, he is not...

I got great help over the phone to solve an electrical problem on the phone that saved our trip. I can’t say enough about the positive attitude and problem solving he used. He took the time to work the problem and fix the problem with me. I highly recommend his service for any RV repair.

So... I called to schedule an appointment for him to look at our Motorhome and Mr. Grace himself answered. He suggested that I try a very simple but often overlooked fix for the mystery squeak before coming in. Well..it worked! A great guy and we will definitely use his services if we need service on our Motorhome or keep. Thank you Mr. Grace. It was a pleasure working with you.

Jimmy charged me $960.00 to repair my ac units in my motorhome and it didn’t fix the problem. Still have the same problem. He keeps telling me he’s on the way. Hired a different company and they have to redo his work. I’ve been trying to get him out for a year.

I took my Airstream motor home here for an oil change and was very happy with the service. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They suggested a few small repairs that I had missed and promptly took care of them. I highly recommend this garage...Paul

Straight up and honest. This guy came out to my RV at Tall Oaks RV park in Pensacola because o couldn't get my jacks to retract or my slides to come in. He spent 2 hours checking wires and fuses and didn't fix a thing. He asked me to download an electrical schematics and to let him come back tomorrow after charging me $240 and not solving my jack or slide problem. I have him $160 and he refused to cume the next day. He is a scam artist! I wouldn't call him to rob a bank!, let alone do anything good for anyone. Truth!

I called from a local RV park with the issue of my fridge not working on propane. No one else would look at it for me locally, but this gentleman talked to me over the phone and fixed the problem. I am a new RV owner, and this was very much appreciated! I plan on going back to him in a few days to have some other work done on the RV.

We had an issue with our Onan RV generator while traveling. Another technician on our last stop could not help because they could not locate replacement parts. In Talahasse we were lucky to contact Arnie who was able to identify the most likely culprit as the fuel pump and had one overnighted to his shop. Even thought the generator is 20 years old, he was able to get the original part from Cummings in a day. His technician came and installed it, adjusted the idle speed and looked the Maschine over from top to bottom. It runs flawless without cutting out. Arnie and his team saved our vacation. We can recommend them to anyone. Professional service, reasonable pricing and a deep knowledge of the subject is what makes them successful. If you want it done right in a timely manner call Grace and sons. Thanks guys for a job well done where others would not even see us for weeks.

Would highly recommend Grace & Sons! We took our RV in for air repair and they exceeded our expectations. Not only was it done faster than we could have imagined, but was very reasonable. It felt like we were a priority and he went above and beyond in every way. Hard working and honest, which is hard to find these days. We travel full-time and don't find good RV repair service often, but will definitely use Grace & Sons again! Would recommend to anyone in the Pensacola area.

Arriving in Pensacola in our 2013 Thor motorhome in March 2023, I discovered that I had an unknown bad, dangerous propane leak. While other Pensacola RV repair businesses could not give me an appointment for about a week, Mr. Grace took me right in because of my urgency. He spent at least three hours checking all available connections and exposed propane lines---main fill valve, pressure distribution unit, and connectors at the furnace, hot water heater, and stove, etc. He replaced our old existing pressure distribution unit, which had a tiny leak, with two each new units from an RV supply house---both of these two brand new "made in China" units were defective, so he fixed the small leaking connection on our old unit and reinstalled it. It would have taken far too many hours than we could spare from our short cross-country trip, for him to have torn internally into the RV to find and repair the hidden leak, so at my request, he terminated his repair efforts. What were his charges for his three or more hours of manual labor on my RV??? ZERO DOLLARS!!! Mr. Grace is such an honest, decent gentleman that he refused to take a single dollar for his three hours of manual labor----because he said, "I haven't fixed your leak". Mr. Grace's repair facility is in his backyard, behind his house, in a housing sub-division, which, upon arrival, gives him the appearance of being a shadetree mechanic, but believe me, he knows his RV repair business and is as fine a gentleman as you will ever meet. Sincerely, Gordon Roberts, Cdr USN (Ret)

These guys were great. Really nice people. We took our RV in for some upgrades prior to a 2 month road trip. We added sway bars, steering stabilizers, new auto roof vent fans and water filtering system. They did a great job and even fixed a fuel leak that had popped up for us. I highly recommend them.

Good people. They could have charged me to come out and check the issue. Instead, I was given tips on what to check to save me money. Another RV repair was going to charge me almost $200 just to replace two fuses, which I was able to do myself, thanks to Grace & Son's. Honest people. I highly recommend.

Had a roof leak on my 2022 Heartland Mallard. Ernie (Owner) and Chuck repaired the leaking seal the very next day as it was late/after hours. Ernie was extremely helpful with advice on how to deal with this situation. Even after the repair was done, Ernie continued to provide advice as I navigated the warranty process with the manufacturer. I highly recommend Grace & Sons RV and Auto Repair. Extremely fairly priced and the best service you will get in this area, probably anywhere.

This Veteran Owned business was as good as I'd hoped. Ernie and the other mechanic were great. They diagnosed the hydraulic problem with our Class A (slides and jacks weren't working). Once he had the part, they had us all fixed up at a fair cost. I thought it could have been much more expensive. They also fixed a problem with our awning that they had noticed. This a very small operation in a residential area. Cash or Check ONLY.

Was camping in the Pensacola area and my converter stopped working in my travel trailer. The weather was cold and I needed to fix it asap. Looking at options on Google, I was at a loss to know who would be trustworthy and/or even available on short notice to squeeze me in. Called Grace&Sons and explained my problem. They walked me through a lot of diagnostics and spent almost half an hour on the phone with me without knowing that they would get a dime. They searched for my part and came out later in the afternoon. Problem fixed in about an hour. Had I chosen to tackle this on my own, I would have had to search or buy on Amazon, and then deal with the headache (I'm no electrician) of replacing the whole fuse panel and converter unit. Works like a charm and the price was reasonable. Two thumbs up.

First of all the guy who came out to do the initial service call scratched the arms to my awning. Secondly the owner kept playing games with me, kepr changing the price, wouldn't commit to an official date and time for the installation of the awning, lied to me numerous times. Wanted me to accept a sticky note as an official document showing the charges, overall totally unprofessional I definitely do not recommend.
