This man is the goat! Wish i could rate 100 stars lol. I had broken down twice and gave this man a call and within minutes he came with the tools he needed and was able to get me back on the road driving again. other mechanic shops would have overcharged and have my car in the shop, but this man gave me a fair price over the phone and had my car ready in an hour. This is the best mobile mechanic that I have ever used. I was ripped off by a mobile mechanic who after taking money for "parts" never showed back up to repair my truck. I contacted JD and he was friendly, willing and ready to help. He purchased the parts prior to coming over based on the information that was provided by the previous mechanic that basically took us for our money. JD communicated with us every step of the way, arrived on time and even sent us messages to let us know what his estimated time of arrival would be. After JD arrived he found that it was never the water pump as specified by the previous mechanic. He went back to the parts store and purchased the needed parts for the repair. He worked tirelessly until nearly 1 a.m. to make sure we didn't have to miss a 3rd day of work. Hats off to him for a job well done. He was committed, professional and friendly at all times. I will continue to use him for all of my future needs. If you need a company that is prompt, responsive, customer oriented and provides top notch service, give them a call!
