I would leave negative stars, but that’s not an option. Went in for 2 new front tires. They managed to handle that but told us we need bushings too, that they would have to order the parts and to come back Friday morning. Asked for the grand total they said $460 Arrived this morning at 8:30 as instructed. Asked how long, was told no more than 2 hours but I’ll see what we can do. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I asked how much longer? Was told “oh it’s not easy job on this car, it’s going to be at least another hour”! All the while I’ve seen 4 different customers come and go. The one manger, younger guy, bald head, was so rude about how it’s not his problem things just take longer. I told him I understand that but what I don’t understand is the lack of communication. If a problem arises they need to communicate. As I went back to wait longer, I hear said manager openly complain about me not liking to wait and how I don’t understand 🤯 I’m a hairstylist of 27 years, I get customer service and giving your client what they deserve and need. I let him know that I can hear him complaining about me and he said so I don’t care! Now remember that total… my husband had already paid $390 Now I’m told I owe an additional $460. My husband is the most anal person I know and always gets all the info. It can be annoying sometimes. Well they just kept saying how my husband misunderstood them, and we still owed the total due. And the one manager that I spoke of earlier would not stop running his mouth on how it’s not them it’s my fault! I finally had to tell him to stop talking to me! The worst customer service I have ever had at a car repair establishment. Or anywhere for that matter. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

Easy, excellent service! They patched a tire on my Porsche GT3 in about 20 minutes. Another shop I called said they needed special tools or something, but Grand Prix said ya bring it in, and fixed it right away.

Great customer service! Brought my car in to repair a nail in my tire- they didn’t give me any hassles even though I asked for nitrogen in my tires. They fixed it quickly and were respectful. After I left I did notice that after I got up to 65MPH my steering wheel would vibrate. I called them a couple days later and they asked me to bring it by. They re-balanced my tires and now my car is PERFECT. They are no non-sense and they don’t talk down to you (i’ve literally been yelled at by other mechanics when I didn’t understand what they wanted to do, and I politely asked them to explain). As I waited for my car to be done I noticed that others came in for quick checks before heading out for long drives- the staff took care of them and did point-by-point inspections at no charge. It was refreshing to see this level of customer service/care. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again Jake and Chase (I think that was their name)

I’m a couple weeks late writing this review so I apologize as these are the most amazing people I have ever met. I was on my way to take my 2 week old to his first pediatrician appointment. When I got into the Dr office parking lot I could hear air leaking from my tire. My wife took the baby and I quickly jumped in the car to find the closest place to get it fixed. Thank god it was Grand Prix Performance. I told the gentleman that was behind the counter what happened and he said “we got you, go be with your wife and baby”. I was able to walk back and be with my son for his first doctors appointment. When I returned to their shop, I didn’t know what to expect. I have been in the automotive industry before and I’ve seen some shady characters take advantage of customers in situations like that. A gentleman told me that my car was all set and they patched my tire. I asked him what I owe to which he responded “ you are all set” I said please you guys are amazing let me pay something. His response “family is the most important thing, this we did for your son.” Like I said truly amazing people and I am a customer for life. I will be sending everybody and anybody I can get them.

They do custom work as well as specialty work too. Great turnaround time. All of my service so far has been same day service without an appointment. They do take appointments though.
