I have been patient after many tries they are Absolutely incompetent staff. Not sure why so many stars…. these people must have healthy bodies. Do not go here if you’re sick or have other complications or health issues. Every time I would call instead of listening to my request they would transfer to someone who doesn’t answer . If you have an URGENT need after the ER or wish to transfer to a different doctor/get a app or get a referral for insurance to cover a surgery specialist (PER ER request) … they won’t do it & refuse to listen to you; instead they will transfer you to someone who doesn’t answer & wasn’t what you asked for. Only here because I was looking for a new a PCP & now can’t transfer immediately due to an urgent medical need and will be on the lookout for another PCP soon. Maybe they will listen to you if you take an East coast attitude & show you mean business.. because clearly doing things with Their protocol & awful clinic culture gets you no where! Do not go here if you have TRICARE This clinic will only DELAY your urgent needs/care!

Beautiful facility, convenient location, and excellent physicians! The receptionists are hit or miss. Some are super welcoming and helpful while others are rude, unfriendly, and/or unprofessional. Overall, I’m extremely appreciative to have access to such a wonderful medical clinic in WVC.

I think God first for doctors for the nurse for people to serve other people that needs to be held. I don’t like personally I don’t like going to the doctors but we need to go when we need them. It’s a good spirit thank you.

I've been dealing with unexplained severe gastro symptoms for over 6 months now and felt somewhat given up on. Cue Melissa Armknecht at Granger... Wow she is incredible. She's not only made me feel like I have an advocate, but that I have a partner investigating this mystery with me. Melissa approaches my treatment from every angle, ordering tests that never occurred to my family doctor, and wants to know my progress and updates as we try different diets or medications. I cannot recommend Melissa and her team enough. Just knowing I'm not alone and have her support has greatly reduced my anxiety and worry.

I had no wait time. I was treated with respect. Dr Sheridan listen to me about new issues that have come up that I was ready to have addressed. He was very helpful and his assistant did a fabulous job. I am very satisfied.

Nice facilities but incompetent staff. They need to be better at communication. I had an appointment set to get some x-rays done, showed up early and got them done. The X-ray tech said I was good to go and I would get a call with the results in 24 to 48 hours. That call never came, then I get a "missed appointment fee" in the mail. When I called to see what that was about, I was informed it was because after I got x-rays done I was supposed to go upstairs to a different office. Not once did anybody tell me this was the case and they aren't going to waive the fee. Very disappointed with the faculty at this facility. I don't like going to the doctors to begin with, this experience didn't help me want to go back. DO BETTER!

Once again they didn’t disappoint! The took me in early and conducted my annual exam with care and caution. Dr Wood let me ask questions concerning my prescriptions and adjusted them according to my concerns. He took the time to explain why I was on certain prescriptions, the positive and the negatives! He let me express my concerns and make my own decisions rather to alter them or leave them. Very positive experience!

Always feel taken care of. We have being going here for 30 or more years. Dr. Sheridan has been our family doctor and we have had great care at their urgent care too.

The West Valley location is really nice. It’s new and clean and has a lot of windows. My pediatric team is the best. I recently saw someone who was not my child’s pediatrician but was so impressed with Katie’s care for my newborn infant. The whole pediatric team is great!

Dr. Eyre is very kind and incredibly patient. She listens to our concerns and talks with both me and my child. I’d give her five stars ANY DAY. We do tend to see her at another location though. Due to scheduling restraints, we came to the West Valley clinic for the first time and my rating is greatly affected by the wait-time we experienced at the different location. Even with an early-morning appointment (9:50AM), we were in the waiting room for just shy of an hour (56 minutes).

After visiting several ENT doctors, the experience with Doctor Leonard was by far the best. Attentive and knowledgeable. He suggested several courses of action to improve my sudden onset hearing issues. Guy's the best.

Incomplete procedure, repeated infections, months of pain, poor communication, and ultimately required corrective surgery by another podiatrist.
I was treated for ingrown toenails by Dr. Kelly Hamblin, DPM, at Granger Medical in November 2025. The procedure was incomplete on every toe, leaving portions of the ingrown nails behind. This led to ongoing inflammation, infection, and severe pain.
Over the next two months, I required four urgent care visits, one ER visit, two medical appointments, and three rounds of antibiotics. Communication from the office was poor, and I did not receive timely callbacks or clear post-operative instructions.
In January 2026, a podiatrist in a different medical network confirmed that ingrown nails were still embedded in the sides and bases of my toes. We determined that complete nail plate removal on all three toes was necessary, which confirmed jagged nail remnants growing into the tissue.
I filed a formal complaint with Granger Medical in December 2025. An office manager apologized and said Dr. Hamblin would follow up. He never did.
Based on the outcome of care and the lack of follow-up, I cannot recommend Dr. Hamblin or Granger Medical.

Poor communication. I left 5–6 voicemails over the course of nearly two weeks trying to reach the nurses (Reese or Hannah) associated with Dr. Robbins, and not a single call was returned. The insurance company also called and left multiple voicemails explaining what needed to be done but no calls were ever returned. It feels like my messages are simply being ignored. This has made it extremely difficult to get a Preauthorization sent into our insurance for a specific medication that the doctor approved. I have recently sent a message through the app directly the doctor in hopes that some communication will happen and we can work out the issue. Reliable communication is essential in a medical setting, and unfortunately that has not my experience here. Very disappointing.

I’ve been coming here every month for a med refill and I have an amazing doctor! Very big waiting room, & very clean. MA is very nice! However, every time I come in and I’m waiting there’s always one girl who is short with light hair at the front desk who is always swearing!! Dropping the F bomb like crazy. I’ve even witness when sitting close by a patient walking away from her desk, you can hear her call them stupid quietly. Such Disgusting behavior! What company allows their employees to swear and treat people with such disrespect sit at the front. Swearing with other people around and there’s even a pediatrics there so there’s kids around. Is that who you allow to represent your company? If it wasn’t for me having a doctor who cares I would go somewhere else. Because it seems this company truly doesn’t care who represents their company or how their employees treat people poorly who are coming in for care. Seems this employee doesn’t get properly punished for it being an on going issue. I’m truly disgusted

I’ve been taking my daughter for 8 years and son for about 2 years to see Dr Griffin. The clinic has always been great. They have a large waiting room. The medical assistants are always sweet! We love visiting Dr Griffin, she’s so easy to talk to.

I have been a patient of Granger Medical Climic for practically my entire life. I currently have several of the best doctors and staff that I have worked with, and feel that each of them have treated me with the upmost respect. I cannot that each one without thanking their staff as well. So kudos’ to Dr. Walker, Dr. Rastogi, Dr. Shah, Dr. Swenson, and Dr. Fillmore (retired). I am sure that if you are looking for a qualified medical facility, Granger Medical Clinic with its now various outlining branches, has the specialized doctors to take care of your medical needs. God Bless them Always.

My blood pressure was running high at home so I went in to get it checked. They got me in to a nurse right away and she checked it 3 times. She was very sweet and answered my questions and helped me figure out that I needed a bigger cuff for my machine at home. I have been so happy with Granger clinic for years!!

I came to the clinic with my mother and my 20-year-old sister, I was a patient today and had been his patient for years now, also my mom and we respectfully asked if my sister could be added to the schedule with Dr. Cooper Martinez because her symptoms were becoming increasingly difficult to manage and our family did not know what else to do. Dr. Martinez has been the main reason we chose to come to this clinic, and we confidently refer all of our friends and acquaintances to him; however, his assistant Johana and other staff members seem not to understand the level of empathy and care that Dr. Martinez shows toward his patients, and instead of supporting that, they appear to correct or limit it. Prior to our appointment, Johana repeatedly insisted that the doctor would not be able to see my sister, and while Dr. Martinez was already conducting our visit, and which we believe to be the supervisor interrupted to say, “there are more patients waiting, we can’t do this anymore,” which I found to be highly disrespectful and inappropriate, especially in front of us as patients, Dr. Martinez saw 3 patients in a row and that is why he took his time, his stuff should be more respectful towards him

I will preface with this — Joy's urgency and care with my issue was extremely reassuring and it meant the world to me! She moved mountains to make sure that I was cared for in that regard. But the family medicine receptionist was volatile and very rude. If somebody is calling to schedule an appointment for an urgent issue, it is not a good idea to becomes snappy and bratty. I was incredibly kind on the phone, best practice is to return the favor especially when that is your job.
Be kind.

I have been a patient at this clinic since Dr. Cuper Martínez joined the practice. My entire family and I transferred here because of him. His compassion, patience, and dedication to his patients are outstanding. I have referred many friends and family, and the only reason I stay with this clinic is because of Dr. Martínez. If he ever leaves, we would follow him without hesitation.
Unfortunately, today’s experience with the staff was very disappointing. The assistant, Johana, was rude and unprofessional when I asked if Dr. Martínez could give guidance on what specialist my daughter—who has serious health issues—should see. She accused this request of being “fraud,” which was shocking and inappropriate.
She then threatened to involve management if the doctor spent more time with us. Later, someone claiming to be the manager came in, rushed the doctor, and stated this should never happen again, despite the fact that I paid out of pocket for my daughter’s visit. This situation was embarrassing, disrespectful, and lacked compassion. I hope leadership addresses this, as patients deserve respectful and empathetic care.
