We had our battery in a 2008 Volvo drain soon after we left Evans for over 6 weeks back in September. This probably affected the alternator which was barely capable of producing the lowest acceptable functioning range. The Volvo was still stuck in our driveway on 10/31 when we got home. Four days after our return, I was still searching for a mobile mechanic who would actually answer a phone (or even a text) and respond to the situation we were in.. then I found Gray’s! Darren came that evening and assessed the problem in person and removed the old battery. He returned the next morning to replace the battery and test all other systems. It made sense to replace the weak alternator. We were given extremely fair and reasonable prices. He is capable, professional and cares! Best of all…Darren did that removal and replacement of alternators the same afternoon. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. He picked up the parts , came to me, and had me pay once the job was done. He spent 3 hours on my vehicle. Aside from the job being done correctly, he is great person. We spent some time chatting and I like to support fantastic, hard-working people. 5 stars!!!!
