Just want to say this store was Amazing. I was met at the door by Austin he greeted me situated me and welcomed me. Took my keys and handled my car needs. Randy took the time to talk with me become personable and I really enjoyed the environment. Location was clean, smelled wonderful and the team was fabulous. I have seen this location but never visited until today and I can’t believe I drove past here and was missing out on such an experience. I even got a free car wash! Thanks to all the wonderful men at Grease Monkey.

While their pricing is questionable, the service they provide is thorough and to the point. They checked my car and gave it an oil change and I’m pretty happy. Would go again but I might need to ask for the non-premium oil and opt out for the add-ins they try to sell you because they heavily steepen the price.

I recently moved to Winter Haven and found this place by a coupon offer for an oil change. This will be the only place I will bring my two cars to. The best place every. They are friendly, they don't push you to get other things done yo the car. They will give you a printout of suggested items your car will need in the near future with pricing Grease Monkey was very clean and organized with car parts. The employees have great communication with each other. You can stay in your car while they do oil changes or go into a very clean waiting room. This is a full service environment. While they are changing the oil, another employee will clean the outside of all the windows and vacuum it out. They also will was your car. No, there is no additional fee for that service. Please give them a chance, and you will not regret it. Fair prices. Friendly service. Be open for a few months

I don't have anything good to say about this car. Wash and the manager is very, very rude. I took my car there. I have gone there several times to give it a chance. And each time, I come out of the car wash, I have to dry my car off myself because the dryer doesn't dry it all the way. I mean, it's soaking wet, not just a little bit And so then yesterday I proceeded to take it to I proceeded to go to the manager with my complaint, and he shrugged his shoulder, like I don't know what to tell you. Oh well, oh well, there's nothing I can do about it. He showed no concern at all. So I would not recommend this car wash unless you just don't care about your car getting clean. Because my car was still dirty, and when I rubbed it with the rags to dry it off, it was filthy.

Cashier denied applying coupon off website and said it is only valid at the other location. I checked the coupons for the other location and it was the same exact coupon with the same code to redeem it and same dollar amount. Sounds like someone just wanted to make a few extra bucks

This is the kind of business I prefer to give my money to. Honest. Reliable. No Pressure. No Sales Tactics. These guys were very kind and knowledgable. I wish I could remember the gentleman with the dreads name, as he was super helpful and took the time to explain things and answer questions. And best of all he actually knew what he was talking about! He wasn't pushy or trying to upsell, he was just honest, so we went with his recommendation. He let us know that next time we will want to think about getting the transmission fluid changed, and how long it would take. Which I appreciate because they are not a place where you stay in your vehicle to get your oil changed and my son has special needs and doesn't wait well in lobbies. That allows me to plan ahead for next time, and again he wasn't pushy or trying to make me feel like the world would end if I didn't get that service right now. Because of that I 100% plan on getting my oil changed at Grease Monkey from now and I will have them change my transmission fluid out next time as well. They also vacuumed out our truck & gave us a complimentary car wash after the oil change, and it actually did just as good as the Mister Carwash. We were using Take 5 and after a few truly terrible services there, with pushy sales men who didn't know what they were talking about and hour+ wait times (because the guys were too busy flirting with the girls who work there), we went looking for somewhere else. I hope Grease Monkey keeps these guys around and maintains this business style, because this is what you think of when you think of customer service, well how it used to be anyways (I'm only 41). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was skeptical to come here after having a $200 nightmare from Take 5 in Bartow, but it's hot and I figured why not. This team is amazing. I didn't catch their names but it was done today (08/01) and I was very impressed. We had gone to the beach and they vacuumed all the sand out, did an amazing job and walked us through every step. The free car wash was an added bonus! Will definitely be back!

As far as I am concerned, I had a great experience at Grease Monkey on the day after Christmas... Austin was great, patient, polite, knowledgeable, and he really made me feel special, the way he took special attention and time for my personal needs. The waiting time was also short. Their business is also linked to Carfax, which is great, so you don't have to update your records yourself :)

Received an oil change and I noticed the cords they had running along side of my car scratched the bottom of my car. Called corporate and still no return phone call. Update (12-31-2025) since you have replied to my comment. Someone reached out to me and said they would check the camera footage to see what happened. Well, I've heard nothing since.
