My front bumper slightly hit another car's tires and it left what appeared to be some decent paint damage on my bumper. I took it first to another chain paint/body shop and they quoted me about $200 claiming they would need to take the bumper off etc. etc. I figured i might as well try Greatwood Collision due to their proximity. The gentleman at the front desk came out to look at my car, took out some chemicals and rubbed what was the tire residue from my bumper and now it looks brand new! Thank you for your honesty, its something that is really missing from this industry and it was very refreshing.

They do awesome work on time and for price quoted with a lifetime warranty on their work. They do the work right the first time. I have used them several times and have been extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship.

I would strongly recommend Greatwood Collision if you ever have an accident. They are professional and transparent with their estimates. They are timely and will follow up with you. They call you before you have to call them. Even 7 months later we had a small maintenance issue that they looked at thoroughly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes with No Charge.

Incredible service. A rare place that looks to do what’s best for the customer, rather then the companies pocket book. Their willingness to consider other options saved us over $1k They’ve earned a life long customer in me!

Been trying to add a video to my amazement this business has done a 360° turn I was so surprised with my experience took my vehicle in the new body work from a hit and run I spoke with Leanne at first and she treated me with the most respect she turned me over to Paul and it was on from there he guaranteed me that my truck would be back in 3 days including painting body work everything and believe it or not I had it back in 3 days I've been trying to post a video of my experience because this place has changed it's under new ownership and I think everybody in the surrounding area needs to give them another chance check out my video and you'll see what I mean thank you Paul for taking care of me will see you soon

Beautiful work. Honest prices. Excellent customer care. Whether it’s after an accident or to restore your car, you’ll love this shop as much as I do! I had two old and baked-on wide racing strips on the length of my car that I wanted removed along with repair of some rocker panel damage, and some minor bends in my trunk lid I wanted repaired. I also wanted a new front bumper cover because it had been damaged and not well repaired by the previous owner. Greatwood Collision Center removed the stripes, and as is typical with decals, the surrounding paint was faded and no longer matched. When the manager called me in to see the fading I saw my car disassembled, and the trunk lid body work had already been completed. I noticed the repair had beautifully flat and smoothly feathered edges. The shop was very clean and my car’s removed parts were neatly on a rack. This was my first time at Greatwood Collision Center but everything I saw gave me much confidence in trusting them to repaint a large portion of my car. Delivered as promised, they picked me up from home, I saw my car all shiny and beautiful when we arrived. It was a wonderful first impression. The paint had been perfectly matched. The new front bumper cover, a large piece on my Dart GT, was nice and shiny, well painted and installed. The complete hood, complete roof, trunk lid, and rocker panel were beautifully painted and looked new. The antenna and washer nozzles had been removed to allow for a perfect job. They needed to drop the headliner to remove the roof antenna and they did so without any damage to my interior. My car looks new thanks to Greatwood Collision Center. Their technicians took great pride in delivering beautiful work that I am proud to drive. You shouldn’t be surprised that they are an I-CAR Gold Class rated shop, a mark of skill and excellence. I am very glad I came here and will return. In case of accidents, remember you can select your own shop for repairs. I now have a new favorite! Their prices were fair and honest. Thanks Greatwood Collision Center for all your hard work on my car!

Received my car 1.5 wks overdue with the window inoperable, parts misaligned (fuel cap, interior control panel), and driver’s seat and surrounding area very dirty. When they went to fix the window, they scratched the newly finished body work. After taking the car in a second time for these issues, the trim that they affixed to the wheelhouse came off dangling the next day. These are all problems that should not have occurred in an aptly skilled shop.

Worked with Caroline & Chris (Manager). 1. Lack of attention to detail, found myself repeating the same details multiple times. 2. Lack of follow up, they promised to call with an update, they did not. 3. Poor quality on parts. 4. Had to go back to get a few items fixed multiple times. By far this place failed to meet my most basic expectations. Worst customer experience ever. Would not recommend.

Although the entire staff is top-notch; this is a shire plee to management...please build a larger storage area or get more parking spaces for all the cars in your care because it's greatly needed and overdue, no harm or disrespect intended but coming in and out is a huge hassle and inconvenience to both existing and potential new customers...

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and repairs performed on my vehicle at Greatwood Collision Center following a wreck. The work on my car was completed on September 26, 2023, and I picked up the car on October 23, 2023. Unfortunately, the sequence of events that followed has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed with your service. Immediately upon entering the freeway after picking up my car, it ran hot, and the motor stopped working. I had to coast to a nearby parking lot to avoid further damage. Thankfully, my husband was with me to help manage the situation. When I called your company to report this, your initial response was that the car was fine. After a prolonged argument, you finally agreed to pick up the car. The car was then taken back to your shop, where they claimed they would have to replace the motor. I picked up the car again on November 20, 2023. On November 21, I reported to Leann, the secretary, that the tire sensors were still malfunctioning. She advised me to bring the car back on December 1st. Due to my schedule, I informed her that I could only bring it in on Thursday, December 7th. Ironically, on the way to the shop that day, the check engine light came on. Upon inspection, I was informed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Their team claimed that this issue was unrelated to the wreck and the previous repairs. However, I had no issues with the catalytic converter or any other major component before the wreck or your repair attempts. Today, the car left me stranded again and would not shift above second gear. When I checked the fluids, I discovered that there was no dipstick in the transmission fluid slot, which is an egregious oversight. The bodywork done was decent, but the mechanical state of the car has been severely compromised by this shop's actions. As a single mother of a special needs child, I rely heavily on my vehicle for transportation. Prior to the wreck and the subsequent repairs at your shop, my car was in reliable working condition. I am convinced that not only has your shop performed substandard repairs, but you have also committed insurance fraud by charging my insurance company for the initial repairs, then for a motor that blew up the day I picked up the car. UPDATE: responding to the owner: No sir, it has not been 9 months, I did not even get my car until December. The vehicle returned with so many issues that i could not drive it home. You had to come tow it and put a new motor in, which you charged my insurance company for! I called back and brought it back and you stated it was something else, which did not have issues prior to coming to your shop. The issue was WHEN i picked up the car! Nice to have a reply from you online as I have had no returned calls ever. Leann was the only person to help me and she stated that the owner said they would not over the work. So it has been some time, yes, because you all refuse to help me. You returned my car in worse mechanical condition than it arrived even with a new motor that my insurance was billed for AFTER the car was "fixed". Also it took you all 3 months to try and fix the car.

Can't rate their work because I couldn't even get anyone to finish writing me up for work I wanted to get done. Went to the collision center on a Monday afternoon around 1330. The lady ignored me completely. The gentleman initially started to help me, but then got on a phone call and at that point I wasn't a priority. Even when I got up and said I'm going to go somewhere else, the lady continued to ignore me and the guy never even bothered to say anything. This was close to 1400.

Friendly people, daily work updates via text messages and phone calls, the quality of work and fees when put together, make this a desirable place for the next visit.

My experience from the initial visit to get an estimate until the end, was very positive. My car was restored to its original state and I was kept informed for the entire process. I highly recommend this shop.

This shop is in the State Farm Network. That makes the whole process easier. They do excellent work and I cannot complain. I was kept well informed on the progress. It is good to know that their shop is nearby, but I hope I do not need to use them. That would mean that I had an accident

This is my second time working with the repair shop. I love how they keep you up-to-date Throughout the week. My daughter had a little fender bender on her Toyota Corolla and I was expecting to get the car back within three weeks. They finished less than a week and they did some additional repairs that I had asked them to do. Definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

BE AWARE disappointed with the finished product, and they couldn’t care enough to make things right. The front desk people are professional, but i can’t imagine what goes on in the shop. Just going to stick to the facts. My new truck (11,000mi) 2024 F150 was involved in a front end collision. I brought it to Greatwood Collision for repairs, and told them I would be out of state so theirs no rush. For this quality of work, i’m surprised it took that long. to start, polish was splattered on the door handles, window trim, mirror, bedside trim, and what seems like finger prints were left on bedside trim. 26+ defects in paint/clearcoat, buff marks left on paint, a 1/4” scratch down to metal on the passenger side door, bumper valance miss aligned, headlight trim is loose, wheel was not repaired/replaced, tire was not replaced, broken harness held together with zipties, broken grille shutter tab, and other misc issues. I am never one to put a business down, but there had to be zero quality control for finished vehicles because all of this was found in minutes. Unfortunately it could not be resolved on the same day since i picked up the truck at closing time, and needed the truck for work. Save the frustration and go somewhere else.
