I went there last Thursday for the first time. Did not have a good experience at all. Came in the store a girl and the guy at the register. I let them both know I was looking for horse pellets and I wanted to see what you guys had. I was told to go outside across the way. I saw a man there asked him if I can look at the brands of horse feed you gius had. I was told I'm not allowed to go up there. He told me two brands they had then I go back in the store again and explained what happened. She gets a book out of the grain they carry. Now why couldn't you have done that in the beginning when I asked. I wont be going here again I need to buy hay but will buy it elsewhere. Seems that no one was interested in helping me just sending me away.

Every employee that I personally engaged was courteous and helpful, the only exception was one employee who seemingly forgot his manners while clearly hindering my view of an item that I was examining before making my decision of whether or not to purchase said item. Overall a good experience.

Me personally I hate when I walk in a store and get swarmed by people it makes me feel as if they think I am there to do something wrong sometimes I wanna walk in and just take a second to just think about my job and what I will need and then if I need help I will find an employee to help if needed. But other than that the employees are very knowledgeable about items they sale and service.

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. The lady in the lawn and garden department is rude. My mother called a month ago asked about cement geese and the first person who answered was very nice, but then the rude lady came on and practically yelled at my mother saying they don’t have any. Fast forward to today, my mother called back and lawn and garden would not answer the phone after calling 3 times, she called from a different number and boom they picked up. The lady was again very rude to her with a raised voice my mom asked for sizes and prices and she said “I AM SOLD OUT” and in the middle of my mom asking when she will get more the lady said “IT WILL BE FALL BEFORE I GET ANY” she also wouldn’t say her name. We used to shop at greens all the time, but we WILL NOT be shopping there anymore, such a shame how people can’t be nice.

One of my favorite places to be. While I spend much of my time in the Garden, I've gotten to know the people inside the store as well. Whatever I need, they take care of it. There's a lot that could be be said about a place of business with the employees that are smiling and happy. They're doing something right!

I really like this place. They have tons of trees and shrubs for landscaping, annuals and perennials for flowerbeds and patios, concrete lawn ornaments, mulch, topsoil, ... generally pretty much anything you need for lawn and garden can be found here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Green's is your one stop.

A feed and seed store that carries everything you need for country living and maintaining gardens. There is a cat, dog, horse, yard, and many other sections in this grand store. If you need keys no problem ,this place has something for everyone in your family even a little red wagon. Ive been shopping here for items my dogs need over 10 years. If there is a Item you need and they don’t have it, it will be ordered for you. A Family ran store with friendly and knowledgeable employees you can’t go wrong shopping here at Green’s Feed & Seed.

Locally owned & operated. I typically pick up chicken feed made in nearby Sissonville at this location. Staff has always been friendly & knowledgeable. (For first time visitors - livestock feed and other heavier bagged items like shavings, manure etc are paid for in store at the counter, and then you take your slip, get in your vehicle and drive to a loading dock where staff will fetch and load your purchase for you.)
