Grelix Is a genuinely good company, but this location in particular goes above and beyond for its customers ensuring you drive home safely in a vehicle that’s not going to give you issues they do payment plans & can work with you and offer fair prices and my experience with them has been truly awesome given the circumstances. They are fast and efficient. I will forever trust in this shop. They have done a lot of work on my car and I’ve never had any issues. I definitely recommend this location! Truly satisfaction guaranteed.

My experience. I the took my E-350 in for an oll change and to replace the driver side head light. The oil change happened then I was told the head light was changed and that wasn't the problem. I was told the bulb was not getting any electricity. I told them I'd bring the car back the next day for diagnostic work. The next day I took my car to Sun Devil Auto in Goodyear .The reason I did that is without exception EVERY person who brought their car into Greulich's including myself was told they needed a brake fluid flush for $149.00. At Sun Devil Auto in Goodyear I informed them what Greulich's said. They put a new bulb in and bingo problem solved. $130.00 later I was on my way home. That's why I gave them 1 star and will never ever go back to them.

I took my 2004 Toyota 4Runner with 338,000 miles to Greulich’s Automotive Repair for an oil change, and they went above and beyond by performing a full inspection. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. They provided me with several great recommendations for my vehicle’s maintenance, but overall, everything was handled professionally. I really appreciate their thoroughness and customer service. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Greulich's Automotive Repair. I had a large nail in my tire and needed to get the tire replaced since the damage was too close to the tire wall. They didn't have my tire in stock but were able to get it delivered to the store within a couple of hours. I highly reccomend Greulich's for any of your automotive needs.

We were looking at purchasing a vehicle that had a known exhaust leak. We took it to Greulich’s for a diagnosis. RJ got us in quickly and Jay took great care of us from then on. They did a thorough once-over and gave us a fair quote for needed repairs. Techs were detailed, making sure all was solid before we left. Jay was professional, knowledgeable, capable, communicative, answered all of our calls and questions, and even extended an invitation to call if we had any issues. Definitely recommend!

The first time we went to drive our car after bringing it from the shop, all of our oil was on the ground. My husband drove the car to the shop and they claimed it was just another fluid leaking and the oil was fine. After going back home and inspecting the liquid, it was most definitely oil. Had it towed to the dealership where they said it was in fact out of oil and that the same plastic plug had been reused, which isn't supposed to happen, so we had to pay for more oil to be put in the car and the plug to be replaced. Very disappointed as we tried to go to the shop to make it right. When we called after double checking the liquid they said we could come back in and they could re-check, but at this point all confidence was lost in the shop and I couldn't risk harming my engine as we'd already driven it there and back with no oil in the tank. They also gave us a repair list totaling $7500. The car was still under warranty so we had the dealership check everything they suggested, and there were some items that did need to be addressed but others that completely did not and were perfectly fine.

Not only did they order them late yesterday afternoon, right before closing, but they had them installed and ready to go the very next day, before 2:30 PM. RJ took excellent care of my family car a couple months ago. When I was towed and stranded at a different tire shop, RJ helped save the day by recognizing we had a warranty on that exact tire. He order the replacement from Phoenix and hand delivered to the closest Greulich to where I was. My husband and I were so thankful for RJ's help that day. I definitely recommend GRUELICH on Indian School for their unwavering customer service. Thank you RJ! We have been customers of Greulich since 2022 and moved to this location when it opened.

On 9/30 I took my 2020 Nissan Rogue which has 37,000 miles in for an oil change. Greulichs text me with the results. On the list was for service required left and right control arm needed to be replaced. Costing about $1,600.00. Went to a repair shop for second opinion and they showed me the control arms and said they didn’t need to be replaced.I was very disappointed in Greulichs and felt that I was mislead since I an elderly women. I just want my neighbors here in Victory/Verrado to be aware and it does pay to get a second opinion. Kathy C.

I took my car to Greulich's Automotive Repair for some major work three motor mounts and an intake actuator which came out to about $2,400. Like most people, I’m always skeptical about big repairs because it’s hard to know what’s truly fair pricing. The good news is they did fix the issue, and my car is running properly now. The service writer “J” came across as honest and communicated well throughout the process, he did appear to understand my frustration, which I appreciated. My only hesitation is the cost , it’s a lot of money, and it naturally makes you question things. But quality work isn’t cheap, and they did complete the repair as promised. Overall, it was a professional experience with mixed feelings mainly around the price, but I do appreciate that the problem was resolved.

Such a wonderful experience. Kudos to the staff and experience. I went in for an oil change this morning. I booked an appointment and was seen on time. They executed an oil change and a very thorough diagnostic inspection. They provide pictures of all current and future issues that may occur with your vehicle. They do not pressure you to fix all issues but make you aware of everything notable. My car was serviced in less than an hour for the original appointment and when we discussed some of the more urgent issues. They took my car back in and addressed all safety issues. I highly recommend and will return for any future maintenance and concerns. I must mention they provided Uber services to assist in any inconvenience in wait times. Bravo 👏
