It's an alright car wash. Could've wiped my license plate light was one of the things I wasn't happy about. And the other was the fact that if your a "new" customer and you can get a "free car wash" but you have to download the app. And then fill out your info to make an account, and than and only then can you "redeem" the car wash at the same spot you pat at. So you do get a "free one" but if you don't know the steps to it and they are looking at you like "you're holding up the line" kinda thing than you can't use the free one until later.

What an incredible car wash! We just arrived in town from Clovis, New Mexico and the front of our vehicle was covered with so many bugs, it was hard to tell what type of auto it was. This car wash is very busy but is run extremely efficient. Your auto will thank you for making it sparkle!! Enjoy!!

Very professional. The people that run it are always nice and do a great job. My car always looks amazing after I get it washed here. I like that they hand dry after the wash. Only down side, they don't sell the smelly trees. But it's really not that big of a deal.

This is the best car wash!! I love how thorough they are! My car always is 100% clean after going there. I stopped going to a different one long ago cause my car would come out with obvious areas that weren’t cleaned. Never had that problem with GTO! They do amazing pre washing, scrubbing and then towel drying too.

This place e used to be the spot to wash your vehicle...as the years go by the employees are getting lazier and lazier. I get the kids only have so much time to clean wheels and dry off cars but everything is half ass...no longer worth the prices they charge...

When I lived in yakima I loved this car wash. Only one I used. Today while visiting, I got the worst service I’ve ever had. Paid for the best!! Got the worst!! They did not do my rims, barely sprayed my tires. Wiped my car down very little and I still have things stuck to my car which if I wipe just a tiny bit comes right off. Not the same as it used to be. Not worth the price

I don’t blame the lack of workers cause standing in the sun on a hot ass day I don’t blame the workers what I do blame is the rush, just cause there’s a line of cars we get half pre sprays and scrubs, I’m sorry but this is not why I’m paying monthly services for, let me say 1 guy pre spraying the cars, drying the car was 2 and they gave me a thumbs up with water marks that I could still see… idk if it’s the heat or lack of employees but TODAY WAS NOT IT.!

On May 8th...Thursday...I went through GTO car wash...first the initial spray guy did NOT spray my car, he did one up and down motion on my dry car hood and waved me on. Then the 2 young boys drying my car did NOT do my tires. As i was handing them a $5 tip i asked if my tires were done, as i didnt see anyone doing that. The guy said the other guy did it..I NOTICED WHEN I GOT HOME IT WAS NOT DONE. This was NOT a $20 car wash. You have lost my business.

I visit Yakima often for work and always go through here and Fernando always remembers my name even when it’s been a long time since my last visit! Great service and I love that they hand dry after the wash. !!!

On 08/01/1025 arrived @GTO to have my 2022 subaru crosstrek washed Wash attendants were very rude. They had an attitude.Had a free car wash but were not very attentive to me . When the car wash was finished, the car was dried but they missed half the car. I could’ve done a better job myself. I DO NOT recommend GTO car wash.

Car wash does a great job and usually the kids dying the vehicles do to. Unfortunately my last trip in they leaned up against my truck in 2 spots while shining the rims. A week later and I still have the spots on my hood and truck bed from the rag being used. Luckily today is wash day again

Very unprofessional! employee's are always on there phones not paying attention to us customers. I pay a lot of money to have my car washed here and I feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. After my monthly wash is up I will be moving on to someone else.
