AVOID THIS PLACE your car will get broken into they will make you pay for damages they will replace your stereo with the cheapest they can find. Itll take weeks to repair the smallest of things. If you take your car here you deserve whatever happens.

They replaced my catalytic converter to pass the smog test but broke my odometer cable while doing the repair. I talked to owner and didnt want to take responsibility. Never went back.

Got a smog here and they took an hour & previously came here and it took like 10 minutes also i got smogged lasts . I was here while there wasnt anyone waiting for smog and two people showed up after me and they got smogged and they dont do appointments. I don't recommend this smog station. I recommend west coaast auto service on 21 bishop st in watsonville

The guy that "helped" me did not know what he was talking about. He told me that my vehicle didn't pass cause the check engine light didn't turn on but they can do a 3 hour diagnostic for $100 to see if the light bulb was out. My friend who is a mechanic told me that my jeep doesn't have a check engine light. Went back and still he told me the same thing. Went to another smog and they told me that my jeep doesn't have a check engine light and it passed. I felt like this guy tried to rip me off. Never going back there again.

I first called the Market street location and was told their smog check machine was out of order and to go to their Kings street location. I went there and I was told they had no technician on duty and to go to the Market Street location. I told them that I had been told to go to Kings street and they were confused and told me the tech would be back in a few minutes. So I waited and the tech finally showed up, spent about a half hour, and told me my car did not pass, not because there was something wrong, but because he apparently did not know how to do something involved with the ignition timing. He told me to go to the Market Street location the next day. I am writing this as I just got home, and I have no intention of returning to either location, but will look for another more competent smog check location.

Went for a smog on a Monday around 4 pm pulled up in my old 92 Mazda took care of me right away friendly staff. Passed and everything plus even if it didn't no pass no pay good for me just in case something was wrong! Overall great experience for smog!

I showed up because of the no smog no pay guarantee. Its true however if it doesn't pass, they want to charge "$100 for a diagnostic test that needs to be done" when everyone knows the codes show up right then and there. The guy wasnt so friendly either. The price for the smog is reasonable at only $50.

$50 for the smog of 10+ years car. Pass or no charge. $2.5 for non-cash fee. Took only 10 minutes for the whole thing when arriving with no other cars. Took about 20 minutes when arriving with a car ahead of me. People there are friendly and courteous. The only issue is the parking space. There is just one space for a waiting car to park and if there are 3 cars waiting, it gets really difficult for 2 other cars doing the smog to get out and waiting cars to move in.

Service was fast. The workers were kind of grumpy, maybe because it was early in the morning. Who knows. There was no waiting area, I just stood outside until my smog check was done.
