I did not fill up at H E B, in a very long time. Because the price of fuel was sky racket. I went to a other location and got my fuel a lot cheaper than H E B and their food price have come up a lot also..

I love that I can get in and out quickly on days that I'm in a hurry; but on days that I have time I love to look around at all the wonderful new products that they're bringing in all the time. It's wonderful for shopping organics too!

Very reasonably priced car wash that is not harsh on my car's paint at all!! And it only costs $9 to sit in the car while you experience the miracle of TRI COLOR WHATEVER THAT IS. It's so pretty. Idk if it even does anything for my car, but it's tres lit fam.

This gas station usually has some of the best non-membership prices in the Sugar Land area and it's also clean & quiet. The "store" has a very small selection of items, so if you're looking for a convenience store, this isn't that.

Seafood Department HAS ISSUES. I won't be going back to this HEB again. Bought a case of lobster tails on their recent sale. Box said 48 and charged for 48. Got home...re-packed them but there was only 43. Went back to the store with box and receipt. Went to Seafood Dept and explained. They said 'that's the way it goes sometimes'. The department is short-handed but the attitude of the staff has gone into the toilet. Store manager wouldn't even come out the listen to my issue. Hope the management gets its act together, the Seafood Dept staff find someplace happier to work...and take kindergarten counting class again.

Wow what can I say. We were making a dish for dinner and needed Fresh Dill. Went to HEB to get some Dill and since I was there I bought mushrooms, beer, milk, bananas, tangerine. Upon arriving home and started to cook the chicken, I unpacked the groceries and discovered the fresh Dill was not in the bags. The cash registered / sacked must have forgot to put the small bag of Dill in the grocery bags. Chicken was on the stove and didn't want to make another trip to the store but was not happy since the main ingredient for the recipe was Dill. Decided to call the store to make a point and to understand how to get the refund for the missing item...yes all this for 99 cents Dill ? Talked to a manager name Joe. Was real nice, apologied and said they will take care if it next time I come. A minute later he asked where I lived (only 5 min away if that) and volunteered to have a driver come to make sure we have the dill for our dish. Seriously ? A few minutes later another gentleman came to the door with the fresh Dill and threw in a couple desserts. Cannot say enough about the management here. Truth is yes we could have lived without the fresh Dill in our dish (even though we have no idea how it would turn out as it was our first time with this recipe) but HEB, Joe and the management team helped took customer service to an unheard of level. Been a fan and customer of HEB for a long time and will until the end. Thank you Joe and team! I totally forgot to offer the gentleman who delivered the stuff a drink. My apology! The Mai's family!

I never had a bad experience until today. It’s sad that kids now days don’t understand customer service. Vanessa made my day really bad when all I asked was to allow me to fill up my kids cars while I waited there. We do the same every week but she decided not to care about it. I asked her why she is making it hard and she really didn’t care. If you want to work then you should not just go to work for a pay check. Very sad.

There were no long lines when I went to get gas. However, a couple of pumps were not working. Nice newly technical pumps. But they were hard to respond to the touch screen. Might have been too cold.

On Monday, I was pumping gas on pump 12 and the handle of the pump got stuck. At least 1/4 of a gallon of fuel was spilling out of my tank, and I had to pay for it. It’s ridiculous! There was also a large puddle of water on pump 12 and because the handle got stuck, causing it to overfill my tank, the fuel got mixed into the puddle and made my shoes smell like gasoline. I was so upset about the amount of fuel that went to waste and having to pay for it. I also had my car wash the same day before getting gas here! Basically got scammed! 😡
