I stopped at H&L on a multi-state road trip after my sunroof was smashed by a loose object on the highway. I called H&L after a random Google Maps search asking for some ideas to protect the damage until I could get home and their efforts and kindness blew me away. The owner went to a different shop to get some plastic wrap, took his time to make a very high quality cover on the sunroof damage, gave us extra materials to get through the rest of the road trip, washed our windows and mirrors without being prompted, and insisted we don't pay him but instead pay the kindness forward – all while chatting with us about our trip. Highly recommend this shop if you want a kind, personable, and hard-working team. Really relieved a huge stress on our trip!

The team ordered a rear window for our 2005 pick up that we ordered stationary. When it came the day and hour they promised the tect noticed it would not look good because of a trim in the original that is not a part of the replacement. She contacted the owner and he came to the site within 10 minutes. He ordered an original replacement with the right trim and five days later as promised it looks great. I will use them every time there is a need. Great work!

H&L Auto Glass replacement my windshield this week and did a wonderful job from the first phone call to completion of the work. Ariana was very helpful getting a quote, coordinated with my insurance and scheduling once parts were available. The technicians were all very professional and did a great job. Everyone was very communicative and kept me updated while waiting. I really appreciated their lobby space, it was comfortable and toys are available for kids which made the whole experience top notch. Had my roof glass replaced on the model 3 and they made sure it was installed appropriately and flush from front to back as we all know how hard that is. Absolutely the best! Been needing a windshield replacement for a while and kept putting it off, dreading dealing with everything involved. Literally the BEST, easiest experience ever with H & L! H&L Auto glass is the place to get your glass needs done right! HAD a big ol' hole in my windshield and a couple dents in my roof and they helped me out with it all! Told me what to get done before they could put in the new windshield and they came out the following week to get it done! Shoutout to Kyle my auto glass expert, he came to my house and put in the new windshield in under an hour! Great team and overall great experience, Will definitely recommend H&L auto glass to everyone! Literally cant say enough great things about this company starting all the way at the top to the bottom they are amazing!!!! HIGHLY recommend! Red carpet treatment is what to expect with these guys, nothing less, they are truly the best!
