I choose Haffner because they have been there since I was there in high school I buy the unlimited basic car was pass it gives you 60 car washes a month for 18.99 dollars the best deal around and they have free vacuuming.

A few years ago I obtained some freak damage going threw the Salem NH car wash.all I can tell you is Haffner's stepped up and covered everything and it was not cheap..everything was well managed very proactive. They gave me a great rental while my car was in the shop.. I will be a loyal customer for years..

Just what I was looking for. Well maintained, quick drive through car wash to get off the winter grime. Tried 3 touch less car washes within a mile and none got off the salt. Attendant was nice and honestly answered my question of difference between $12 and $15 wash. As a new resident to the area this will be my go-to for cleaning a dirty car when hand washing at home is not feasible (weather, kids, time, etc.)

This is by far one of the best car washes in my opinion. Everytime I'm down that way I hit them up. There aren't many car washes that have actual people who prewash your car before it goes through the wash. Everytime I have gone they spend a lot of time and pay attention to the details. My car always looks great when I leave there

Its a car wash with DIY bays and the standard drive through. Good prices and monthly/yearly plans are available. What I was surprised by was the vacuums were free. No purchase necessary. Just free. A real bonus these days.

I would just like to say, I been going to the manual bays since Haffner's has been there. Everything works fine and usually no problems. Even now that they have recently posted signs so that people are not cranking up there music. Not everyone likes to hear someone else's music, maybe they just want to hear the sound of the water spraying, it's pretty relaxing. But I just had a bad experience this past Sunday in the afternoon / dawn. I pulled in & there were young kids that had their cars parked right in front of all the bays & had there music on & just hanging out. They were not even in the bay to wash their cars? Fortunately I pulled up behind one of the cars so that they would understand that I am here to wash my vehicle. After about 5 minutes one of the person's cam to his car. But they still did not move it out of the way for almost another 5 minutes? Really! I was keeping my cool. Finally they moved. This is not a good thing to be happening here. I think the police should come by more often and make sure that this doesn't happen again. Not to mention, sometimes I have come & waited for the person to finish washing there car. But then instead of pulling out of the bay, they start drying there car & doing detailing in the bay , which is tying up the bay. You can get very aggravated especially if you been waiting a while. It's almost as if just because that person is using the bay, there is no rush in getting out to let others wash their cars. Like they own that bay? One of these day, it's not going to be pretty. My tolerance level is going to snap and someone will be going to the hospital. If the owner doesn't take some kind of action not only I can loose my patience but I'm sure that there will be others. Just as a reminder, I just visited again last night to give my vehicle a rinse. And the cars once again were just parked in front of each car wash bay & no one washing? This was around 7pm Saturday night, 8-6-22 Something needs to be done about this. If you're going to wash your car then do it. If you're going to detail/ clean up the inside, then you should be pulling out of the bay & doing it in the parking areas Not in the washing Bay. If you want to hang out & talk about your card & stuff, again do it in the parking lot areas and Not in front of the wash bays where others are trying to wash their cars. Police patrol is definitely needed here. I feel bad for others who wait & then just leave to find another place. Haffner's is loosing money.

The Salem, NH store roof caved in in Dec 2023. 9 months later still no official plans to repair. My advice to Haffners, give it up, we've all moved onto the new state of the art Washville down the street for $32.99 (best) . You can keep your $49.99 (best).

It was really cold and early when I was there 8:30am but the self wash bays weren't working at all. When. I got there I had one person tell me that the machine ate their quarters. Another customer claimed their money was taken as well. And the 3rd person was just washing her car mats with the Trickle water coming out from the pressure water nozzle.. no one was at the full service car wash ... so I left

The soap ‘spray’, for the two wash bays on the right have not been working for multiple months. Interestingly enough, the soap ‘brush’ does work. The maintenance plan should be reviewed.

Self wash bay stated $1.00 to start. It's a $1.75. Most of the control selector panel is delaminated so you don't know if you're on stop, degreaser, wax, etc. No warning sound to alert you to add more time. Place is pretty run down. Hopefully it gets some attention soon.

Car wash in Salem is an absolute disaster it’s damaged our vehicle. We have been along time customer with them and will not continue to use their services. We brought this to management’s attention, this took them1 week to respond. Anyone looking for a self wash service should stay away from this location

It says Salem but it was the Methuen Pleasant Valley St. location. I've been a monthly member for my van for years. I keep telling them that the right side brushes are closer than the left because it folds my side view mirror. They said they'll look into it. Well last week it took it off. This is a van that has has a beefy mount. Of course i put in a claim and they said sorry. I cant take my van to any car wash now. I bet if I hit a pump or a door they would come after me for a claim and get it covered by my insurance company. I guess they are their own insurance company by posting their not responsible sign. Poor customer service since they sold to a big company. CAR WASHERS BEWARE, ESPECIALLY VAN OWNERS.
