Excellent place to bring your car for auto body shop works. I picked up my car today and I was amazed how they repaired the damaged on my car. They have excellent service from administrative personnel to the guys who looked, assessed and worked on my car. I met Russell H, I think he’s one of the owners of this shop. Very nice guy, and Chris too. Easy access location. Just amazing people to work with. I am very impressed! They washed and clean my car inside and out 😊. I would definitely recommend this place.

Personable, excellent workmanship and exceptional service Pleased with the quote Chris provided, called in at the shop to leave behind a new passenger side mirror to be painted. Was told it could be a 48 hr turnaround; but was done in less than 24 hrs! Went back and got the mirror fixed. The front office was very personable. The paint job was excellent and the color blends seamlessly with the rest of the body. Great job of fixing the mirror to the body. What took me by surprise was, unbeknownst to me Chris and his team went over and above to take care of a scratch on the front bumper for no charge! This is indeed exceptional customer service! Chris and team, thank you for your service. Needless to say, Hamel Bros Service Inc. have a new customer in me!

These guys are the best! I just got my car back after less than a week and it looks brand new. I had 2 pretty bad dents, one where my son was hit and another that we were responsible for fixing. They repaired both and were incredibly reasonable for the piece I had to replace. The office workers could not be more helpful and the owner is so pleasant and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough. Such a great experience.

My car needed serious body work. The office staff was excellent in setting me up with a substitute vehicle, dealing with insurance issues, answering my questions. Totally great. And the repair is equally excellent--like it never happened. The men who worked on it were also kind and very skilled in making the repairs. This shop is right along the Merrimack River in Lowell so it's really easy to get to. Wonderful place.

This work was done in 2007. Everything Hamel Brothers did is peeling all the way down to metal or plastic.. undercoat is chalky and clear coat acts like cheap 1k. Oem paint from 1999 is still good. I live in Tampa now so they will not make this right by me. I will have to strip all of their work off and then repaint, because I can't trust any work they may have done. Be aware that Hamel Brothers blocks posts in their Facebook page that are less than flattering and that most glowing reviews are written immediately after the job is done, and looking its best. They must be so proud to put their name on this inferior paint job! Which one of you clowns at HB wants to put your name on this!!

I had forgotten what good customer service was like until I took my car to Hamel Brothers. They were exceptional!! From the time I walked in the door until I drove my repaired car away, they made everything so easy with friendly, customer oriented service. They set up the rental of a car and the rental was there when I dropped my car off. They kept me updated while my car was being fixed, worked with the insurance company, and best of all, the repair work was excellent! The car looked like it did when I bought it. Bravo to everyone at Hamel Brothers. You were great!

Just got my truck back after an incident where I went off the road and through the woods. Almost 360 degree damage. I was torn. The truck is brand new. Pearl white. With OVER 30K in damage. I didn't even want the truck back and was nervous about what I would be getting back and the process. They walked me through everything. Every step of the way. When I got my truck back, I'm telling you I could not see or tell there was ANY damage. Whether the panel was replaced or repaired, it looked brand new. After over 24 years in the automotive aftermarket, I know what I'm looking for. Great shop. Great experience. Great people. At the end of the day, I'd trust these guys with my vehicle. Hands down.

Abysmal service. Front bumper was not even close to being lined up after the first visit. Bring it back, swirls everywhere and bumper still does not line up as it used to. Small dings all over, and just noticed I am missing 2 bolts on my air intake, which were there previous to my visit. I am noticing shoddy work months after bringing my car in, extremely disappointed as they had 2 chances to fix everything. If you care even slightly about your vehicle, find somewhere else. Also, upon calling to explain my grievances, I was met with complete sarcasm. Mentioned there were swirls on my hood and the response was “oh yes, on the area we didn’t touch?” Just shows how fantastic of a shop this is.
