I had never had my car detailed before…they cleaned my car so good it is unrecognizable! Absolutely great work and communication! Recently bought new fairings for my motorcycle and was looking to get them ceramic coated and Hamiltons took care of it along with getting my truck done up right. Charlie came highly recommended to us so we gave him a try. The service he provided was incredible! My wife’s X1 hasn’t looked this good since it was new. The interior was spotless and he even went the extra mile and clay barred the rear end to remove brake oxidation when we only ordered a general waxing. I took my truck in for detailing. And it came out with a severe scratch on the tailgate. And of course, I cannot prove nothing but no one knows nothing. Neither would I not recommend them. They're only in it for the money.You have to make sure you take it every 5 weeks.You can't take it when you want it or need it. You drove it back after dropping me off at my house and it was not like that and when I can prove it I'll take you to court and don't worry about me coming back

This car hadn't been cleaned in quite a while; it's no show car, but they made a huge improvement for a very reasonable price. I had a mobile wash done and then an interior cleaning at their shop. Communication was great, and they were great to work with. Detailing products in stock; super pleased here. The last picture is AFTER I put 800 miles on it! Their wax coating really helped keep the car clean.

Gentlemen on the phone told me they had a nozzle to spray inside the frame. Hence why I paid 750$ for an undercoating. Not to mention all the missed spots. Looks like it was sprayed from the ground. Very disappointed, probably won’t be back again because I have to either spray the inside myself, or pay to have it sprayed again. Would not recommend their undercoating services you can clearly see in the photo that there is only original paint and rust in there and that’s not the only spot, just the best one I could get a photo of.
