I went back because of the great work they did on my Mazda. 2nd time i went just for an estimate paying cash plus insurance payoff. They will call me later no call for 3days. I call back for estimate she said I'll email to you nothing. So after 3wks same thing I'm like u know what dont worry about it. I took my car to a location north of Hampton got estimate set date and was ready a day early. Hampton collision has left a 👎

Unfortunately, I was the victim of a hit and run. My insurance company referred me to Hampton Collision. After researching them and seeing the negative comments, I was really nervous about taking them my vehicle. Well let me tell you, they were very informative and friendly. My car look like it has never been damaged. My overall experience was very good with them and I would definitely use them again if necessary.

My teenagers' 2019 Honda Civic was severely damaged in an accident. The insurance company recommended HCC as repair location and I could not be more satisfied with the results. The vehicle looks exactly as was when we purchased it. I was also very pleased with the office personnel's communications with us. There was a lot of parts and repairs necessary to complete this job, and they were very good at letting us know what stages they were in and what to expect time wise as available. Will definitely use these guys in the future for any needs we may have.

Best experience ever with a body shop! Michelle was excellent and very helpful. Picked up my car on a rainy day and they still washed it and cleaned the inside anyway. Another guy even took my radar detector out my car (to not encourage a break in) and kept it safe in their office for me until my car was ready. They were all amazing, and they did great, fast work most importantly!

I had my 2016 Hyundai worked on there, Baylee was extremely helpful in helping me work through my confusion at an auto body shop. I ending up having a full quarter panel replacement and rear bumper replacement. Overall, everything looks fantastic as if there was no damage at all! 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had repairs (headlight, bumper and fender) done on my car there. Only complaint I have with this repair shop is that I received my car with a broken headlight switch. I picked the car up during the day so no need for lights but noticed the lights not working properly the next morning. Brought the car back to the shop later that day and had them look it over. The shop was unable to fix the problem and sent me to the local dealership to have them diagnose the issue. Result was broken headlight switch costing $400 and the body shop telling me that the switch had nothing to do with the repairs and is a common part to break??? My car has(or did have) auto headlights so no real need to mess with the headlight switch unless you want to manually turn on and off the headlights. I agree the headlight switch had nothing to do with the reason for bringing the car to the shop but it is directly related to the headlights which was repaired. I’m not saying someone broke it intentionally, I just know it wasn’t broken before.

I had my rear bumper repaired here. They had a hiccup due to delays at the parts warehouse so it took longer but it wasn't their fault. Comfy waiting area. Everything came out great! You can't even tell between old and new parts. They'll help you if they can. Love it!

Hampton Collision was amazing. They constantly kept me updated, fixed the car perfectly. Its legit like the car was never even in an accident and they are indeed paint professionals. The paint they applied is a 1:1 match nothing is off shade or looks weird. Brandon cares about his customers and greets them personally. You don’t see many owners come out and actually work with the customers. They have a great team at their center and I would highly recommend going to them over anybody else.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Hampton Collision. They kept my car for almost an entire month, and throughout would push back the completion date without giving me clear explanations as to why. When I finally did get my car back, it still wasn’t finished. After waiting that long, the absolute minimum I expected was a completed job—but instead I was left with work that should have been done before they ever called me to pick it up. Overall, the lack of communication, the constant delays, and the incomplete work made this a very frustrating experience. I definitely would not recommend Hampton Collision based on what I went through.

My truck was picked up mid June and I am just picking it up today, a second time, still disappointed. Almost a month and half. The panels on my vehicle are not aligned and flushed with each other. Pablo told me to “push the panels down” and then they will line up correctly My key fob is not connected to my car anymore, so it has to be opened manually. They didn’t want to take accountability for that. Pablo is very condescending, rude and dismissive to any concerns. He kept saying it was up to the insurance etc. When he spoke to the inspector l, who was a man, his tone changed immediately. He was very accommodating. My car has lost value because of the choppy work they have done.

Don't bring your vehicle here if you have a rock guard. Owner was more worried about telling me he's not a robot than he was about the shotty texture on the rock guard he did. Can't tell on the pictures but there is several spots where it's sharp and pointed. Looks like an air bubble seeped out while wet maybe? The smooth picture is from the factory. Edit: brand new headlight bulb they installed went out. Have to remove the grill on this truck. Stripped out two bolts that hold the grill in. Can't get them removed.
