Most definitely a five star rating not only the Pleasant conversation from Mr. Tony Which he was very informative, and the practice of great customer service. And as well as impressed that they allow you to wash your fur babies. A lot cheaper than the vet for sure. I highly recommend this car wash company, they are now offering free wash for the month. Depends on when you read this please call and inquire if they are still holding the promotion. Other than that 25 bucks you can’t beat that price.

Everyone is ranting and raving over this place and they do not offer anything different from other car washes including bad customer service. They're offering you to sign up for 1.00 and you think you're signed up and you're not and I went through because I needed my car washed before going to a wedding and of course I was hassled. Some entitled white guy approached me asking for card information again. And when I refused because I already gave that information to the girl that signed me up originally. And I gave Brady a 10.00 tip that day and Tony shined my tires saying it was a thank you for becoming a member. Yes I was aggravated but still professional...the white guy didn't care about that he would not let me get my car washed and gave me the option to give my card number or leave. In a very I dont care tone.I refused because the girl used a IPad to enter my information that day and it went through because the 1.00 was taken off. So they are making mistakes or scamming. The white guy didn't care about my inconvenience or aggravation. I will stick with WATERS car wash since I have not had any problems with them yet. And they have everything you need and they will correct their mistakes and even give you a car was for inconvenience. I know because my friend had a issue with her account and they hooked her up. By her name and phone number I. I even gave the girl my phone number to look up and name so why would I give my card info if you cant find me by my name or phone number. So just because something is new doesn't mean its gonna be all good. They stuffed themselves right in the middle of OBT to try and scam the community and have an entitled white dude as plantation master oops I mean warden my bad I mean Manager. . .my bad... bottom line. I will never go there again and will not recommend them to anyone. I went got a real membership at Waters. Oh yeah I even showed him the membership bag I got for becoming a member...but he still was being difficult. The sad part I was happy to go in the beginning. ✌️

Amazing Car Wash with some new and improved tech, great vacuums that have good suction. You aren't going over the same spot for 5 minutes trying to pick up a piece of dust. More importantly, the employees really made my experience as great as it was. Christian and Rick are definitely an asset to this company and clearly really care about their job. They made sure I had everything I needed and told me all about the brand. Enjoyed it so much I got a membership. 10/10

This car wash is definitely different from all the other car washes I’ve visited over the past 20 years. I received guidance from one of the employees on how to clean my vehicle to remove scratches and other impurities, all while I was drying it. I recommend this car wash 100%. I’ve used this car wash a few times it’s a little bit far from my house, but with the coupons they sent it was worth the drive. I like the idea that their vacuum hoses are lightweight and everyone there seems to be very nice today one of the employees named Tony came and cleaned my tires for me and was very nice. The car wash is clean and always has good music playing.

Really nice and decent place vacuums are awesome car wash didn't get the spit off my car and didn't get the tire rims clean but I did do a free wash. I let them know and they let me go back through for free and everything was clean Attendant Aaron was in the lot Cleaning trash I told him about my rims he came got on his knees and clean my tires and rims I told him he don't have to it's Friday it's late y'all about to close it's OK just spray them and I'll go back through the wash I want you to relax but instead as I'm vacuuming he personally came back got on his knees and clean all four rims so beautifully. I like him he's awesome he's the reason why I will come back

I love all the perks I have, it’s good quality. I used Johnny clean wash (“El wash”) and Mr car wash both were expensive and didn’t deliver the same results. I’m glad I got a membership with Hang10 for almost half the price and it gives good results. And I got and air freshener ☺️
