I have been coming here for years for a very good reason. I am a single women and appreciate the fact that I can completely put my trust in this service center. There have been times when I thought I needed additional work done, and was told all was fine. Hannolds will never take advantage and perform unnecessary work. I also appreciate the customer service...They take time to explain the work and answer all my questions! This is a family based business who gives their customers terrific service with a smile. You will not be disappointed!

They deleted my negative review even though it wasn't even a 1 star. But I came in for an inspection and they charged me crazy amount to replace a bulb that is openly accessible and rotated my tires without me asking and wanted to charge me for that. They got all the grannies thinking they are all honest family owned, even one waiting was telling me the same thing.

Brought my sons handicap van to them with a LAUNDRY LIST of issues. Everyone there was polite, professional, and helpful. For the amount of work done, they quoted a very fair amount. I picked up van today, and the actual total came out to less than what they quoted. This tells me they are honest people, as I agreed to the higher price. Thank you so much gentlemen. New lifelong customer here.

Love taking my car here. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. Went in for a yearly inspection and didn't pass because of a cracked windshield. The guy out front set me up with the person they use, I brought the car back two weeks later and had the new windshield installed and got my inspection sticker. Saved me an enormous amount of time calling around and scheduling with a second person.

I took my toyota camry here, a friend having recommended Hannold's after an unpleasant first estimate by my dealership. Keys were dropped off at midnight, expecting to be without the car for a day i was pleasantly surprised to receive word it was done following morning, and at a fraction of the price due to great insight on the mechanic's part. Everyone was very polite, friendly and helpful. I myself would now recommend them to anyone in need of motor work.

The Hannold’s Team is hands down and all around AMAZING. They are honest, caring and honestly treat their customers like family. They recommend gently however are very good with letting you know when the recommendation is something that is needed sooner rather than later which I appreciate tremendously. Their approach has NEVER failed. Having trust in your mechanics is not common too much any more but it is steady, ready and a part of the Hannold’s fabric if service. I recently moved to Virginia but was back in Pennsylvania for a visit and took my car in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked. The waiting area is clean, bright and welcoming, and the restroom is immaculate.
The most professional and honest business I have ever dealt with, I can trust their work and their opinions every time.
All phone calls are answered by real people who know and understand mechanical issues.
There is never any attempt to upsell or suggest unnecessary repairs.
This has been my go to garage since 1982.
I have never been made to feel foolish for not understanding my own car.
