This man started off extremely nice to me and then everything went downhill. This guy had my car for over 4 months and didn’t start working on it till I told him to give my car back and I’ll be going elsewhere. Stop trying to stock cars and having customers wait ages to have their car back. He even charged me a ridiculous price for doing nothing.

If I could give negative stars I would... this shop claims to work on exotic vehicle's!? That is an out right lie! I had colision damage on the rear driver side of my 2011 kia Sorrento, this place came with high recommendations from a friend. So I go to this guys shop and ask for a quote he quotes me at $3000 then asks what i was quoted elsewhere and i tell him around $4000 at a VERY high end shop. Now he wants 4000 aswell lol defnitly not paying 4000 to leave my car in a dirt hole.. so i felt it was an insult to make my friend bring me all the way to this place waste his time and the owners time and not get the work done There! So to say the least I agreed to get the body damage repaired there. The owner quoted the time of his work to be about 4 days give or take. The total time was 3 times that, 12 days! He and his workers broke and destroyed parts of my car that weren't touched by the collision. They left the rear quarterpannal window hanging out... when asked about it he told us " well it isn't going anywhere".. they broke one of the hydrolics on the back door, when asked about that he said "Well sometimes those go over time." I've never had a problem with the hydrolics on my door and last time I check if somthing breaks in your care you fix it... they left it open so long on 0NE hydrolics rod (because the removed the other one to get to the area they needed to work on and in turn broke it) I told him (Mike the Owner) that it was working when I dropped it off, he said "I know. The inside back panel needed to be removed to get to the damaged area, when removing it the cracked the whole side wall panel and just put some crazy glue on it. He also removed ALL of the door bumper guards from my whole car and didnt replace them. When we went to pick up our car it was 630 at night and dark he didn't mention ANY of this initial damage we found it all on our own and he shrugged it all off. I would never recommend this place to a friend, stranger shoot not even my worst enemy! Cars are expensive to repair and you should feel confident trusting such a large investment in the hands of a "professional". Karma sucks and it will eventually find him!

Don't waste your time. I took my care there and he had it for over 2 months without doing a single thing to it. He told me he couldn't find the parts, and the parts he did find he was charging me double the price. I found the parts myself within 10 mins of looking and for less than half the money. I also found another mechanic that is going to do the job for a third of the price. This mechanic WASTED my time and is a LIAR.

I have known this man for over thirty years with his exellent character of a person goes directly into his work , pretty much self explanatory in a way . Whenever we get our vehicles back from Mike they are cleaner outside ,washed thoroughly even his painting is better than the factory job on our team of Mercedes Benz vans.

I hope that I never have to use a shop, but when I do, I go right to Mike's at Harbour. The gent is a magician when it comes to his work. He is also an honest guy. I've had to go to him 3 times in my life. Once for my 2002 Ford Explorer. Once for my 2007 Volvo XC90. Most recently for my 2016 Volvo XC90. Do not hesitate to use Harbour. They are great.

My impression is that they are good people. I was involved in an motor vehicle collision. They answered my questions, offered a free assessment and estimate for fixing my car, and explained the process. My car looked amazing after their hard work. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!

I've known Mike for more than 30 years. Needed his assistance about 10 times. Lucky in a way, my car was always drivable but sometimes damages to it were "revolting" Mike treats each car as a living object. He is an artist and a perfectionist (imagine Michelangelo sculpturing in his shop). If you are shopping for inexpensive workmanship and high quality, you'll find both in this place: Harbour. I should've written a review every time that Mike did work in one of my cars but I procrastinated until today. Mike, forgive me. Your faithful customer Gerry

I Fixed my car for few times. Mike and his guys always give their best. I never been disappointed from their Job. I have recommended him to my friends and all of them feels the same. The only issue is waiting time, but for a busy place like that and the good service you better wait few day then go in wrong Car Service center

I needed auto body work after my car was side swiped while it was parked. I went to 2 local body shops, one was recommended by my brother, the other was Harbour Auto Body in Edgewater, I went to Harbour for an estimate that is when I first met the shop's owner Mike Colon. His estimate was just over half of the other shop. I knew the work of the other guy, and he is good but almost twice the price was too much. I had a good feeling about Mike so on instinct I had him do the work. I picked up the car 3 days later. PERFECT I told Mike the car looked as if it was never hit, from the color match to the body itself it was flawless. I have photos of the damage which I needed for the insurance company, and the difference is amazing. They also wash the car for you so there is no dust, or powder on the car. If you live around the Edgewater NJ area or even if you don't and you need body work done on your car you're making a mistake if you don't go to Harbour Auto Body. Also the employees are very friendly. I can't wait for my brother to see the car. ,

I went to see Michael Colon at Harbour Autobody on a Saturday morning, and he was EXCELLENT! Helped look at/fix/price my gas door and glove box that wouldn’t close; sunroof visors; dent on left side of my car. AND he gave me much needed genuine and helpful advice on my car regarding mileage/oil maintenance/fuel. Will definitely be a returning customer based on such great advice and service!!

Mike the owner did a superb job and fixed the deep cuts in one of the car doors and fixed many other minor scratches on my Lexus with a very reasonable price. The place is located where public transportation is available within 1 minute, which is very important to me after I dropped off my car (and pick up). Mike gave me a verbal life-time warranty, too. If you prefer an informal and friendly setting, this is the place. I got his name with a good reference from a friend.

I called this place, panicking about a piece under my car that was dangling on. The man who answered the phone told me I could come in right away, and gave me specific directions on how to get there from where I currently was. He took a break from taking phone calls and came out to put new screws in within 5 minutes. Didn't charge me anything. Best service I've ever gotten at an auto shop! Highly recommend!!

Michael is amazing at what he does! Great Quality work, very honest person, very reasonable pricing, and finishes on time! I feel very comfortable coming here and that’s rare for me because I’m very picky with who I go to for my Toyota FJ Cruiser. His work speaks for itself when you see the Before and After photos! Definitely coming back here for all my cars !
