I went the garage because of the check engine light was on. They replaced the O2 sensors. Now 6 months down the road. The code came back and I decided to do the job myself. I decided to see what kind of part they used.They put some cheap thing in that looks like it was bought from eBay. They charged me for a OEM part. Then I look at the other one and there is the original OEM O2 sensor in. I spent almost a 1000 dollars out my pocket. They told me they replace 3 out of the 4 sensors. They only replaced one? It isn’t ending here. The (BBB) Better Business Bureau is being called for this one. I have receipt to prove it that they changed 3 O2 sensors

This place has tried to rip us off. The vehicle inspection had expired before it was looked at. They said that our vehicle needed front struts, swaybar links, lower control arms, transmission service and flush, battery maintenance, headlights that may not pass inspection due to a slight haze on the lens ect. ect... the bill would be about $1,200 well I said that I would do the work myself and bring it back. They torqued the wheel lugs on so tight that I couldn't get them off with a impact gun or a 18" breaker bar with my 265lbs standing and bouncing on it. So I had to take it back to have them put the struts and sway bar links on. Then they wanted to charge me $1,200.00 for putting in the struts I purchased plus the lower control arms. I would not let them complete the work. I had her pick it up from there and had her take it to a dealership. Within 1 hour of removing the van from Harharts the vehicle was leaving the new car dealership with a new inspection sticker at no charge. ( except the cost of the $2. sticker. ) The remainder of the work that Harharts said need to be done to pass was not complete when the sticker was placed on the windshield. In my opinion they took advantage of a situation with a lady with an expired inspection sticker. FYI the battery wasn't even a year old and the transmission was serviced and flushed a few thousand miles ago. #notagain #lostmybuisnessforever

The staff at Harharts Service Station are always extremely helpful, friendly, and accomodating. They treat you like family while still maintaining a professional atmosphere. With a wide range of knowledge and skills, I always feel comfortable and confident leaving my car in their hands!

It's a real shame a miserable old lady runs the front desk at this place. The guys who own and operate the business are good at what they do. But, honestly, heaven forbid you call/come in and ask a question. She comes for the depths of your soul just to make sure that you know that she knows absolutely nothing about your vehicle so why are you asking her?! Probably should hire a professional that is non-family for this position.

Brought our car in for inspection was told it needed repairs to pass. Scheduled an appointment for said repairs car sat in there lot for 3 days, they never touch the car when we inquired about the status of the car they acted as though we were a burden on them. They were also supposed to give us an estimate for the repairs and even after requesting it 4 or 5 time they never did. We were forced to take the car back. When confronted with our dissatisfaction Tony acted as though he couldn't care less. Highly unprofessional and severely lacking in character. I could go on with additional issues but I think you get the picture.

Such a great local garage! Garages can easily get a bad reputation where word of mouth could ruin a business. I've been going to Harharts since I moved to the area four years ago. They are very easy to schedule appointments, courteous, and most of all, honest and trustworthy.

I used to have a good opinion of Harhart's Service Station but not any more. I have been extremely disappointed in the service that I received last summer at Harhart's Service Station and it has been annoying me ever since. I should have called Harhart's and told them about this incident at the time but I just let it go. However, since Harhart's screwed the power steering up on my Acura when they had it to put an alternator on, I have been pissed. First of all, I called Harhart's and asked them if my Acura could be towed there in order for them to fix it. They told me that it would be ok so it was dropped off at the station. It took Harhart's OVER A WEEK to finally take it in the garage to work on it. They really jerked me around!! I called them several times and asked when they would be fixing it. They always had an excuse as to why it wasn't fixed yet. When they finally put an alternator on, they called and said that the power steering was not good, and they wanted to put a new pump on it. I said "no". There was nothing wrong with the power steering when it was dropped off there and when I finally got my Acura back, the power steering was awful!!! My opinion is that whoever the mechanic was that worked on my Acura was wreckless and somehow managed to ruin the power steering. I can't prove it but, they wanted to make money by putting a new power steering pump on it. I will take my Acura to another station to have a new pump put on. I am done with Harhart's. And, the mechanic was a slob. He had grease marks on the Acura and also scratch marks on the hood!! Shame on Harhart's Service Station. I took my business elsewhere.

I needed to get my truck inspected before the end of October and my usual garage is currently closed till further notice. Tony and the rest of the staff were very accommodating to work my vehicle in and I was able to drop it off overnight for the work to be completed the next morning. This garage has great communication, reasonable rates, and it's close to my home. My vehicle wasn't even there for a full day to have multiple services performed. (State inspection/emissions, tire rotation, oil change, and rear brakes/rotors). A huge thank you once again to Tony and staff for a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back for future services!

Unfortunately Was in a pinch and needed 1 singular tire to be patched or plugged on the inside. I even called and stated how I can make it easier for them to just drop the wheel off instead of my vehicle , They gladly accepted my wheel n tire early 8am in the morning. Only to find out they didn’t even bother trying to take the tire off the wheel to inspect it for a real damage report. Instead they never touched it & waited until I arrived @2pm (6 hours later with no call back) to just look at it with there eyes and try to swindle me into getting a entire new tire replacement, mount & balance ($300+) Now im no dummy, very mechanical inclined just didn’t have the tire machine my self to fix and I knew it was a very easy patch/fix. So @2pm after being declined, I took it 10 minutes up the road to another shop and I was in and out, back on the road in less than 30 minutes. (Readers Email me for that company’s information) I did indeed call them back to inform them how well my patched tire came out :) Tony, I highly suggest you & your guys start going the extra mile here. Plenty of other local businesses who do so. Like actually taking a tire off a wheel to really visualize the issue it has instead of not bothering with it. Thank you for wasting 6 hours of my time today! Hope your business continues to only grow stronger & better. Hopefully by not scamming..this is my last time ever dealing with this establishment

Would not recommend anyone to take there vehicle here, took my pick up truck for a front end alignment after putting new tires on it sat in there lot for two days was told that all of the ball joints were no good but well look at it again tomorrow. Next day comes I get no call I had to call multiple times and the lady that answered the phone was not very pleasant to speak with. Never got a phone call back. I ended up just going over to pick it up, was charge 145$ for him to do absolutely nothing. Took it to another shop with absolutely no issues and the front end alignment was able to be done and was only charged 86$. After calling around two multiple shops, there is no place that charges $145 for a front end alignment especially for not having to do any work. Terrible service. Highly disappointed, and robbed of my money.
