I dropped my car off for a diagnostic which I paid for and I was supposed to get a free oil change not only did they not change my oil and left me with no oil in my car. I had no antifreeze and I was stuck on the side of the road five minutes after I pulled out of the lot so disappointed. This is where I purchased my car at four years ago. Been there several times and never been treated like that.

Highly recommend Haus Auto for repair work. Took my car to BMW dealer and was quoted for a major repair. Got a second opinion at Haus, my service advisor took the time to diagnose my issue and went above and beyond my expectations. He ended up keeping the car overnight to diagnose my issue both days (oil leak). Luckily for me turns out it did not need the major repair quoted at the dealership. Honest people that did great work and kept me informed.

First, I got myself in an upside loan with this place because I didn’t ask the right questions. I’ll take that hit. Lesson learned. I came for my free oil change and they attempted to charge me but fixed it when I pointed it out. During that visit, I let them know the jeep periodically didn’t start. The guy told me they couldn’t find anything but he watched them replace a few fuses even though the paperwork said nothing was replaced, but charged me $75+ for checking. Here we are one week later and I get stuck again. I popped the hood and the terminals are corroded. Another lesson learned…I’m getting better at car repair and car financing because of this experience, though!

Love this dealership all the people are wonderful. I purchased 2 vehicles from them over the years. They have from the everyday transportation to very unique vehicles. No nonsense negotiation to transparency they are honest and clear on all aspects of the deal. I have utilized the service department many times because of the included warranty on every vehicle.
