Hector was amazing; after initially believing the worst case scenario due to a computer error code, Hector exhausted every possibility to ensure that we didn't do anything too costly. Luckily, thanks to his thoroughness we discovered that the issue was much simpler (and cheaper!) to fix and repair right then and there. Excellent to work with, very transperent about his process, and extremely respectful. I highly recommend working with this company any chance you get!

HD Mobile Mechanic has to be the most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. Hector and his son came to evaluate an issue I was having with my brakes. Hector serviced my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. I was stuck on the side of the road due to a faulty starter. I gave him a call and received an answer almost immediately. It was a super simple and convenient interaction. They asked me for a non refundable deposit that would be applied to my total bill they accept Zelle, CashApp , or Credit Cards as payment for the deposit. I could not be more thankful. So today I finally found my new forever mechanic. It's so hard for us women getting a mechanic that's not trying to rip us off. Well, not only did they come to the comfort of my home, they are the ultimate professionals. Every part they removed they showed me for clarity. When he sent me the quote I told him I needed to confer with one of my male friends to make sure the quote was fair, and he said of course. I spoke to my friend and he said the price he is charging me tells a lot about the mechanic. Thank you guys so much! I can't be happier. And yes they work on Mercedes because I own a 2022 GLC 300. They did spark plugs replacing the coils also and a transmission flush, and my car is running like it's brand new.

The Hectors were a dynamic duo. I scheduled a PPI to be done for a potential truck I was interested in. I normally do not leave reviews for anything, but I need to provide feedback on this company. I have a 2016 BMW M4 Competition. These guys were great! They checked absolutely everything and were honest about the health of my vehicle. They were professional, showed me and educated me on my car. What I loved the most, was they treated me like FAMILY. My safety was their highest concern. I will recommend these guys for any car!! The experience and professionalism they carry cannot be beat. Hector is great! I previously had my Range Rover in to my regular mechanic because of the sporadic engine light coming on. Seems like my regular mechanic was telling me everything wrong with my truck except for the engine light. I called Hector on a Saturday morning and he was in my driveway that same afternoon. He is so friendly and professional, has a fully equipped truck and a great partner (also named Hector). Together they did the digital diagnostic and everything came back clear - except that I need to change the type of gas that I've been using. He assured me that the engine light should go off once the new change takes place. And if it doesn't? I trust Hector 100% to come back and figure out next steps. I can't see going back to my regular mechanic anytime soon now that I see how convenient it is to have Hector come right to our driveway. If Google had 10 stars, that's what I would give HD Mobile Mechanic!
