This business is incredible. They took both of our larger vehicles last minute and got them ready for our PCS. We spoke on the phone and she immediately put me to ease. I’m a mom of 3 busy kids ages 18 months to 12 years and our van was a moving dumpster. They made it look brand new. A few days later when we were given a last minute shipping date for our second vehicle, they took us almost immediately. Wonderful work, wonderful people.

Cannot recommend them enough! The professionalism and care they put into their work speaks for itself. Justin made both mine and my wife’s car look better than when we bought them and fully passed inspection at the VPC with zero issues. Justin was amazing. He was prompt, very polite and cleaned up the work site more than I expected. Maybe my standards have dropped in a while but he brought them back to a level that makes one appreciate those small/simple gestures. The scheduling and flexibility after some changes I needed to make were met with pure professionalism and poise. I saw my neighbor getting his vehicles detailed by this company. I had originally made an appointment with a competitor, but after seeing the work ethic of Cherise and Omar I immediately asked them if they could fit me in to their tight schedule. They where able to fit my schedule - and give me a quote the day I met the team (while they where working on my neighbors vehicles). The price was fair, even below the cost of their competitor. My initial outlook was very high after speaking to the team. Now for the delivery of services.... Cherise and Omar came on time, after confirming the day before. They set up and got to work quickly. I enjoyed conversation with them before I left for work. I had no doubts that when I would come home my Tacoma would look much cleaner! To my surprise I had an almost brand new truck waiting for me! My wife told me that they had worked many hours on my vehicle, more then expected. The paint finish looked brand new, not a spot missed not even on the roof. The interior was in poor condition, I think I vacuumed my truck once in 3 years. I used this truck for my business when I first started out, lots of clay and such. And I have a dog, the hairs get stuck deep in the fabric in my truck. The interior looked as good as possible! I didn't expect it to look brand new, but I know the team did everything possible to get it looking new! All dog hair removed, clay and debris gone, interior nice and shiny, and smelled great! My wife loves how clean the outside is. I am more particular about the interior. No extra charge for the additional time spent! Needless to say we where very satisfied with the quality of work and the whole experience with Heaven Sent Auto Mobile Detailing!

So my detailed (Justin) left this spot looking bad. It didn't look like this anywhere in my car before having him detail. I paid for tge full detail, and whatever happened here looks horrible. Im assuming it was washed with a cleaner, then never got redressed. I tried contacting the company the following day and they said tgey would tell him. They had all weekend to correct it, but they chose to just ignore the issue, and let me ship the car for pcs. I paid over $600.00 and tgey couldn't even get back to me to tell me how to correct it myself. Personally I think with an error like this they should have come back out and corrected it. My rear window still has some light watermarking on it too. I was promised that it would look like new, but did not get an honest effort at fixing an obvious error tgat I look at every time I get into my car. I didn't even get some sort of refund of any amount, or even a text back to tell me how I could fix it myself. Oh and tge ceramic coating was just some cheap liquid tgay you wipe on and wipe off,it wasn't the quality coating that you get when you have a ceramic coating service do tge job which has a flash point and takes skill to apply

Huge shoutout to Heaven Sent Auto Mobile Detailing. They did an outstanding job on my truck. The truck been neglected for 3 years and was in pretty bad condition. I scheduled an appointment to get my car clean for POV shipping to the mainland since i’m ETSing. Justin was the technician. He showed up 30 minutes early and was very thorough. Took him 8 hours to get the job done. When I got to the port for my appointment, I was out of there in 30 minutes. People cars were getting sent away and couldn’t be shipped because it wasn’t clean to the high standards they have. I’ve been getting asked about when I got a new vehicle?
