Does not clean your car. It uses dirty recycled water and a dirty brush in the self serve wash. The automatics leave soap grime all over and NEVER gets the under -carraige even with the so called "best" wash. Do not waste your money. There are better places.

Vacuums need an upgrade, some were very weak. Also some of the newer car washes have hand dryers for the DIU stalls, really would like to see that here. I’ve been going here for years, would just like to see some additional options like Glastonbury or Manchester have

Raised prices!!!! All winter was cheaper. Plus you could add $1 as needed, not anymore. It is $5 everytime you want to add more money! $10 for 10 minutes! Not nearly enough time to rinse, wash, rinse and tire care! If i needed another minute or two I would have to add $5 more dollars. Unless they add the feature back where you can feed it $1 as needed we will be going somewhere else.

The wash is not that good for the price it is. Vacuum is not bad. But worst of all!!! Don’t ever use the fragrance spray with the vacuum!!! My car now smells extremely horrid, Unless you enjoy the smell of moth balls! I used vanilla and once I started smelling it I immediately changed it to new car smell and just apparently sprayed my car twice with moth ball stench!

This car wash did better than I expected. It only missed the top 2 inches of the rear glass and did not do so well on the wheels. 14 bucks for a 97% job. I am ok with that. It was only 33 degrees today, so rather pay a little of a better job than I could do with a frozen hose.

Took car thru with the most expensive option wash. Came out not much cleaner than it went in. Bird droppings all over bumper/grill/windshield. Wheels were filthy. Not sure what is going on but I will never be back. $18 thrown away. Cannot imagine if I had gotten a lesser package.

2 out of the three salf wash bays didn't work. Water pressure on the ne that did work was low, and switching between selections took too long. This car wash is well out of date and needs major improvements. Don't waste your time and money going here. Although trying to get it to accept your money didn't work on two of the bays, lol 😆 😅 😂.

I always go through the Soft Wash which is self serve, uses the large roller brush on top and sides. I do the $16 Ultimate Wash which includes cleaning the undercarriage, wash, hot wax, sealer waxing, rinse, air blown dry. I love it, does a great job on my F-150 pickup. Never had any issues. Unfortunately it doesn’t get into the metal wheels so I do that myself. Otherwise I recommend the place. Quick and easy.

Overall a good car wash, I drive out of my way to come here because it’s not very crowded and there aren’t people blasting music or other things you might find elsewhere. Biggest issue is the vacuums sometimes have terrible suction. Owner is nice about it and if he’s there will reimburse you but I’ve on multiple occasions used a vacuum that had so little suction it was basically useless. A lint roller would have been more effective.

Nothing ever works or is in terrible condition, coin machines dont dispense right change, shampooer doesnt work, vaccumes barely clean dirt off the floor of your car, no one ever available to deal with concerns and if you call and leave a message no one gets back to you. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Either no soap at all or wash won't switch to rinse and you drive away with a vehicle covered with soap. There is never an attendant there. I have called to enquire and can only leave a message which is never returned. Waste of money and time. Don't go there!

I would definitely avoid coming here. It was nice having an automatic car wash in this area and it was never too busy, but looking at other reviews I see why. We tried getting a car wash before work around 6AM at the beginning of March. After paying the machine, it just never started. There was no attendant at that time and nobody was available to answer the phone. After waiting for 10 minutes, the machine just never came on. We called later that day and left a voicemail. We never heard back so over the next two weeks I left more voicemail and never heard back. We still have yet to hear back or receive a refund despite having our receipt and calling multiple times. Not a huge loss but still I would have preferred to just keep the $13 and grabbed coffees than spend it on basically nothing.

Change machine took my $10 and gave me $3.50 in quarters, not enough to start the machine again. Had to ask strangers for change to get it running. No one answers the listed number. Use at your own risk.

Laughable! Again, Disappointed! No soap Again! I come here maby six times a year. Mostly I wash my car at home. This car wash has let me down 5 times in two years. 1st, no soap. 2nd no rinse.( I had to drive around all day with frozen soap all over my jeep, see previous review, John Bailey) 3rd and 4th times, no water pressure. And then today #5 ,no soap! Really bad management. I wish they would just close it down and put me out of my misery! Once again, #6, 12-17-25 no soap. This place is so bad it laughable.
