We have been going to this service department for five years and have tried everything in terms of finding a time it doesn’t take 2 plus hours to rotate tires. They do good work but it takes entirely too long. We have one car and we are left waiting, and waiting and waiting. We will be trying a different service department next time.

Based on a friend’s recommendation, I started going to Hendrick Toyota Apex Service center a few years ago, and I don’t even own a Toyota. I have Hondas and I choose Hendrick over Autopark for most of my needs. I have always found their services to be quick, reliable and most importantly, honest. And they always seem to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. A special shout out to service manager Evan Jones who has been beyond helpful in making sure my cars stay in tip top shape. Hendrick is about to gain a new customer too! My husband is so impressed with their service, he has now decided to bring his Subaru there for routine maintenance. A win-win for us all!
