Rude!!! This place is a joke. My husband called asking if they were a mobile mechanic and they respond with "yeah, are you a mobile mechanic" like it was a game or something. Said they do not working on personal vehicles because they probably got caught doing some shady stuff. Would NOT recommend!

Im a truckers wife and was reading his ad and it says I'm a mobile mechanic but he does not work on rvs or personal vehicles it is clearly stated . We had him work on our diesel and he was quick and thorough and was friendly. They are reliable and get the job done. Before you call someone be sure you read the ad.

Purchased a used dump trailer and was looking for someone who who look it over to make sure all was good. Trailer wouldnt go up and down but I had assumed it was just in need of fluid but to protect my investment I called Hep to come out and just look things over to be safe. When I called I asked his rate and he stated he charged $100 hr. I asked if that time started when he left his house in wittman or when he showed up at my location in congress. He stated because my situation was not an emergency and since I was close he would only charge when he got here the $100 per hour to go through the trailer and get it to go up and down for me. I scheduled for him to come out the next day and he never showed up. I called later in the evening that following day to see what was going on and he said he was with one of his best customers and couldnt come until the following day at 11am (2 days from intial call) 11am comes and goes. I decide to call him at 12:30pm to ask if he still planned on coming. He gave me some long story about not having my address because the number I was asked to text my addy to was a google number and not his and he has been fighting with google forever to get this changed because it causes confusion with his customers. Finally he tells me he is on his way. While waiting for him to show up I see a white service truck pull up to the front of my property hit my trashcan,knocking it over and then drive away. I wasnt sure if this was him or just a neighbor down the road. Several minutes later he calls and says he cant find my address. I asked if he was in the white truck with the flag in the back and he stated he was, I said im at the house that you knocked the trashcan over at and didnt even care enough to get out and pick it up, his response "oh, that was you?" Needless to say he steps out of his truck at 1:40pm. I explain I believe it only needs hydraulic fluid but this is my first dump trailer and wanted a professional to look it over to make sure all was good and I wasnt too sure how to add the fluid since the tank is under the dump bed. He jacked up the trailer about 6 inches and added fluid to the reservoir. His hose that he pulled out to add the fluid had a hole in it and was spraying hydraulic fluid all over the place. I had a massive mess when he was done. Due to the hole in is hose it had sprayed fluid all over my truck and there was a huge puddle on the ground. His response, "looks like its time for a new hose" wonder how many times hes used that. After he got the reservoir full the trailer was working great. At this point I look down at the clock as hes pcking up his tools its 2:10pm. Took him 30 mins of his time and he then sends me a $245.40 bill. 30 mins and a gallon of fluid is not that much. I am willing to pay for his time and fluid but this guy is shady. Dont do business with him im sure these few good reviews are his friends and family and I should have paid closer attention to the 1 star out of the 12 reviews he has.

After calling over 10 different RV service and repair businesses I was ready to give up and sell my 30 ft Land Yacht RV. Dallas and his team at Hep Mobile Truck and Trailer Repair were the only ones who were willing to help me diagnose and repair my fuel system problem. I don't think RVs are their specialty, but they researched and did the homework to solve my problem. Best of all, they provided onsite service and repairs, so I didn't have to have my RV towed to have it worked on. Additionally, they were extremely reasonable with their fees, labor, and parts. Three months ago I called them and asked if they could do an oil change on the RV, and of course, they came to my place to do the work. No job is too small, or too big for them. I truly appreciate them and their great customer service.

Worst ever came an hour drive and didn't even bring any tools and needed fuse as well he changed my fuse of 5Amp to 30 amp he didn't car3 if my truck gets on fire because I had circute issue did nothing and charged me 500$

semis, trailer repair. I had air leak rear abs break control valve, They said I need new ABS Valve control so they going to get it from dealers they left but after hour later they callback and they are saying comeback next day because traffics and than couldn't get right a way at that moment so I say ok. They came back next day later replacing parts. But having a really hard time put it togerher because They brings longer than original connectors and Trying to fit it but not working smoothly. Back and forth several times I wish they do better than that. but no choice I need get out Phoenix. Couple hours later they take out old parts put in new connectors still struggle to fit in. They spend few hours and finally ABS Connectors work. NICE work done. Hey, drivers trying to maintain your vehicle while you can Repair cost way too much than what you making on the road.
