Labor rate is reasonable and costs are good work done fast. However, I took my car to replace water pump and check for oil leak, to get back with more problems. I agreed to pay for a damaged tire they said I had. But when I got it back 2 tires were changed that were 10 months old and now I have 4 different tires that they are saying wasn’t them. Caps that cover lugs on rim were damaged and instead of them fixing or replacing them they just completely removed them. I picked up my car to drive away and the check engine light came on, my car began to smell strong of gas inside choking my baby and myself brought it back the next day for them to repair. They said nothing was wrong but after 2 days it turned out the mechanic didn’t put one of the fuel lines back and it leaked causing the smell. The check engine code kept reading misfire yet they said they didn’t know what was wrong with it. I also advised them it was leaking oil and if they could fix that but was told the mechanic couldn’t find any oil leaks. I picked up my car a second time to drive away and the check engine light came on AGAIN! Upholstery in car was all dirty and there was a ding on my car I’m sure from the small, always packed parking lot. Fast forward 2 days later I took my car to another shop to fix the misfire code which was basically a tune up and fix the oil leak that was supposedly not there. I guess they could care less after I took my car back the 3rd time all he did was clear the code and said Abraham would be in touch regarding the code. Still waiting on the call. I Do not recommend this place.

I arrived in my 2020 Expedition after I felt my vehicle Driving funny. I took it in for an alignment, and they put it up in the air while I was standing there and showed me that I had a couple loose screws on my engine cradle which caused shifting 😬 Martín, the mechanic did the alignment and got those screws. Tightened up and had me safely back on the road within an hour. The one thing I like most about this shop is they did not at all Try to upsell me and they had very good work ethics. I’d definitely recommend a shop to all my friends and family

I took my Lincoln car to be repaired due to it was idled low and die in out on Monday two weeks ago every day I call check status and spoke to Jose by the nickname Pepe always promising to return calls and saying it would be done today and that never happened so when I went and picked up my car to test drive it I broke down they did not make an attempt to answer my calls so I had to pay for towing when I told him they needed to pick up the car cause it wasn’t drivable I found out that they had stolen my new Walmart battery with a warranty and put a old one in that is not loyal and dependable then they put a old one in my backseat thinking I would not notice but I know what I have and what I purchased my car was never fixed right I just brought it in because it was idling low and cutting off when I picked it up it only was it not driving it would only drive in reverse they messed up the transmission the air conditioner does not blow cold air any more the windshield wipers do not work at all and they damage the transmission because it only drives in reverse it will not drive I told him this and then he kept saying oh bring it back when I told him it’s not drivable they needed to come get it which I don’t even live far from the location on Bandera Rd they lied and said they would come and they never would come to get it to this day I am left stranded and they damage my vehicle so bad I can’t even get a hold of management or owners because they are never there answering the phone only person I get a hold of is Jose and he’s a liar always says he’s going to call me back or he’s coming to pick up the car and he don’t they ruined and damage my vehicle these mechanics are not certified they’re 18-year-old Mexican probably immigrants don’t speak English don’t know what they’re doing they may only know how to change flats but they do not know how to work on cars mechanically because they are not certified This is the deal they leave me without a vehicle or Transportation and they do not make an effort to return my call or do me right and correct the damage they made I will be contacting a attorney in this matter because they are not cooperative and making an effort to fix the damages that they have done to my vehicle
