Just picked up my 2022 Audi E Tron GT for a complete windshield replacement due to a 14” crack. Dropped it off @ 9AM. And the windshield install and calibration was completed by 11:30AM. Richard did a great job with the installation. It feels like a new car all over again with the new windshield. Needless to say, I’m completely satisfied with the service Hi-Quality Auto Glass.

I needed a windshield replaced on a relatively new car. I dislike aftermarket glass - thin, wavy, greasy, non-insulating - its just not good for a nice car. Dealer couldn't promise/commit to using OEM glass - apparently they don't source glass and defer to a contractor. So I started calling around. Mike knew exactly what I wanted and why. His price for guaranteed OEM glass was only a little bit higher than the dealer for "We'll request they use OEM, but no guarantees". He was done quick, looks factory, no damage to the paint, trim or interior. 15/10 recommend Hi-Quality Auto Glass as an honest, stand up, fair and quick glass solution!

ow the process went. Service requested and quick response asked for VIN and car model. Then scheduled for next day appointment. I waited in the lounge area they had a TV, and bathroom so it’s comfortable. After an hour service was postponed for next day due to missing parts, the owner walked me through why the delay and what he’s done. Next day returned, whole process took 2hrs, the replacement windshield looked great. He even vacuumed the front car and wiped the mirrors of the car. Richard was excellent to work with! I called him for a quote to replace my sunroof on my 1998 Lexus GS400. Not only did he confirm he was able to get a OEM replacement (most places did not have it or couldn't get it due to age of car) but he was able to get me the best price as well woth installation included! (Other places quoted me $100-$400 more than he did). The replacement only took a day to come in and he was able to do the job the same day! To my surprise the replacement was an OEM Toyota Sunroof and the quality of installation was excellent! Everything works as normal with ZERO issues. I love Richard's professionalism and willingness to help. His customer service speaks volumes and I am very pleased that I found him to do the job. I will be coming to this shop and recommend to anyone for any future auto glasss needs due to to this 5***** experience i received!!! Thank you so much Richard!
