I had my truck go to this shop on December 2024. Drunk driver collision.. I told myself I was not going to write a review but I’m going to be honest I was not satisfied with the repairs they did. Not at all. Everything was half assed and rushed. They were aware that my whole driver side was hit and part of my driver side suspension was broken off from collision. After talking to them and trying to convince them to swap out the whole driver side suspension they denied saying it wasn’t necessary because on alignment it showed it was good but they later quoted saying that the whole suspension needed to be replaced. They only changed the driver side outer tie rod and lower ball joint. They were quick to quote me out of pocket but not through insurance. Supposedly from “not accident related”. I know from the pictures on the paint it’s alittle hard to see but when they oversprayed the rear window, driver side and passenger side of the bed. Now I got to take the time to remove the extra paint. Every time I called anything about the truck it always felt like I was being rushed off the phone by (Patricia). When I took my truck back to the shop for further diagnosis. Patricia made a rude comment while she hung up the phone with another customer and said “I don’t know who calls more, you or this lady”. I just shrugged it off and ignored it.lol that’s how they treats customers I guess right?.. After I completely got my truck back I submitted a survey on my experience and left a honest review like this one. I got 2 calls from Patricia saying she was not happy about the survey because she told me she’s $500 short on her paycheck because I left a bad review. I do not care or it is not my fault they did a poor job on everything. Overall I do not recommend coming here nor will I come back to this place. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!

Update!! (January 24th, 2025) Once again these guys did it again! I had an unfortunate event hitting some black ice and causing some minor damage on the front end of my Tiguan R-Line. It only took them 5 days to have it back in my hands and happy with the repair! Had a hiccup with the AM Headlight being on time, they check availability for OEM and they had it approved, on the truck, delivered, installed, fully assembled the vehicle, and had it calibrated all within a half of an Afternoon. I cannot stress it enough these guys are the best in the state. Everyone involved in this repair did an astounding job and need a raise! (4 years ago) Seriously the best Auto Body Shop in the state. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m a satisfied customer. I wouldn’t trust any other shops other than Higgins. Professional, amazing employees! Higgins you guys are doing it right and treating people who have been in a bad situation with nothing but positivity and respectable treatment. I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone!
