Took my vehicle for a brake and lamp inspection and was failed for things I should not have been. He didn’t even complete the inspection which he was paid to do. I then Took it to another shop and passed, this shop will scam you if they can. Stay clear. If you need a brake and lamp inspection go to Tri- star automotive instead.

The brake on one wheel of my truck engaged while driving down Piner Road so I pulled into the first mechanic I could find, High Tech Auto Services. I asked Francisco if he could fix brakes and he confirmed that he could. I asked where I could put my truck and he said that I would have to bring it back the next day. I explained that I was broken down in his lot and couldn't take it. He was oddly combative about it. He told me that homeless people will come and take it if I leave it there. I told him that they'd have to fix it to do so, so I hoped that they would. In the end I had to get it towed from this shop to another one because he wouldn't allow me to leave it among the other six cars that were there. It's really weird and expensive to have to pay to get your vehicle towed to somebody else's shop because he wants the job but won't let you leave it with the other ones he's got waiting. You weren't there when I needed you. I won't be back.

WARNING; CROOKED Paid 250 for safety inspection. Failed due to foggy headlights. I asked if I brought it back the next day if he would pass it. He said yes but it would be another $250 inspection fee; unless he fixed it. He said the headlights are hard to get but if I brought them to him he’s charge me $380 labor plus the inspection fee again

The worse place to make your smog check. 3 different people make one smog all are This shop don’t look like smog check. Look garbage disposal garbage everywhere they say $65 and the guy try to charge me $75 I hope the Department of Consumer Affairs look into this business practices

This guy is complete scam artist he told me I wasn't allowed to ask any questions to ensure my car would pass so when I took it in and it didn't pass I was a little angry gave him the money and left without saying one word. When I came back to do the retest after fixing the issues he asked me why I left upset and because he kept saying he didn't like to fail people I told him that if he allowed people to ask questions maybe they wouldn't fail and he refused me service therefore making me have to go pay the $300 again I sent a message to the better Business bureau telling him exactly what happened and he lied he said that I cussed him out I never used any profane language whatsoever towards him. The one thing I said before I left the second appointment is that he was very professional by not finishing the job. There are several other places to get this done in Santa Rosa I would not suggest using the guy for anything. His brother is way more honest and seems like a really nice guy. Going to use this person for your automotive services not to. If you do I can almost guarantee you're going to be sorry
