They charged me 70 dollars and said they ran out of wax for the car for the outside. They kept my car for 50 minutes and told me that it would take 30 more minutes. Nobody has 2 hours to wash a car. Completely disappointed for wasting time.

I’m seriously not sure where the 5 star review came from, but I don’t think so! This place is always bad, it’s close to my house so I usually go here, but after todays visiting going to continue to go down the hill. My car literally sat in the sun for 20 minutes before anyone got to it. I almost just grabbed a towel and started to clean it myself. 2 minutes later a woman walked past me and started cleaning her own car. This place really isn’t good. Save your money and go somewhere you’ll be taken care of.

Paid $90 for interior shampoo of my tiny dirty civic. specifically asked if wet vacuum/suction will be used after shampooing the upholstery on seats and manager promised so. They sprayed and sponged the seats, very diligently I have to say, and it was clean, but the worker kept saying there was no need to wet vacuum/suction afterwards because it will eventually dry. Manager said the same after the fact. Gross. All of together dirt water would still be there and I'd have to go home and suction it

Best gas prices in town, and the car wash guys are very nice and do an excellent job considering the low prices! I went on a Wednesday, which happens to be the day the basic car was is discounted, and the basic wash here was better than some more expensive services I have paid for elsewhere in town. I am definitely going back again.

Well for the first time not a great experience. The car is washed but they left the center console dirty, the cup holders dirty meaning not vacuumed. Everything was. They also but one of my back seats down and didn't pull it back up. So whole knows if they conditioned that seat. It is sad because we live just 5 minutes away but I prefer going to the place I went before moving up the hill. The one in Torrance. Yeah its an inconvenience to drive down the hill but at least I know that my car will be clean thoroughly. I wish I could post the pictures I took but I don't see where I can.

Highridge Car Wash gets 5 stars! Great customer service and an all around great experience. Especially compared to everything else out there. I’ve been going here for years now. If there is anything missed they take care of it without any issue. It’s a great location and there is hardly any wait and the cost is very reasonable. Looking forward to my next visit.

I've been coming to this car wash for approximately 6 years and have always been happy with the level of service. This car wash is touchless, so you'll see some high end cards coming through this automatic car wash as well (comparatively gentle on the paint). The prices are reasonable for the different service levels.

Paid $45 especially to clean the insides better and honestly didn't look like the guy even touched the inside besides vacuuming!! And even when i pointed out the spots I he said it's already a clean as it'll get! I grabbed his rag and did a better job myself! For an overpriced car wash, it was horrible! Never again.

Unfortunately discriminates at this gas station. 1st time I had tried this facility and I thought the car wash was a choice at the pump, like other gas stations. So I went inside and ask how to pay for the car wash. He said it was a minimum of 10 gallons. I had left the gas running while I went inside but he had looked at my station to look up how much I had spent…. And refused to charge me for the wash. I went back outside and saw I had 11 gallons, $70 worth of gas. The whole time with an attitude. Never returning. Too bad, I am new to the neighborhood and could have had a returning customer.

I took my car to be washed at Highridge Carwash on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 and I left disappointed and glad I did not tip the workers. This car wash was not the car wash I went to first. I went to the one at Madrona first but they were closed. It was either this car wash or Mirage. I should have gone to the Mirage instead. Two workers were cleaning my car and they were really quick. When I got my car and left there was a small spider in my car as I was driving and my USB cord for Apple CarPlay would not work. I had to switch the USB cords to use my Apple CarPlay. Even when I use different USB cords there would be little issues on the screen in my car. Yesterday on Thursday, June 12, 2025 as I was leaving for work I decided to see if I could get my original USB cord to work but than I noticed a huge slash on the cord damaging the wire. No wonder the cord would not work. That slash was not on the USB cord before I took it to the Highridge carwash. They damaged my property. I will not be returning to Highridge carwash. I suggest getting your car wash at a different carwash not the Highridge carwash.
