I had them come out and check why my truck was not building air, once they got to the truck they check a couple issues to make sure they fix the right problem. When to get the parts and got me going sooner then I expected. Thank u for service and it was 5 stars service.

Took them hours to show up then left to get a part and was gone for an hour and a half and said O'Rileys did not have the part. Which I knew was not true because I had called them and they had 2 different brands available. So he went back to O'Reilly's to get the part. Was charged 858 dollars for them to drive 35 miles and work 15 minutes.

I spoke to Watson on the phone. Explained the issue and asked if would be possible for the repair be done. He mentioned he could get us in the following morning at 8 AM. I could not make it till around 11 AM. I called to explain he said we will try to get you taken care of. I have had 5 wheel seals replaced on drive axel. By the time we arrived, Watson was on his way back with parts. The mechanic Scott told me the reason I continue to have issues was because the hub must had been installed incorrectly after an accident last yr. Called Watson and had him turn around to bring the new Hub. Scott was correct, I have not had any issues with seal leak. While in the shop we asked for other repairs and for inspection on other concerns. Every concern was addressed and repairs were done ASAP! Thank you Hwy 64 for being honest and professional!
