Bad experience I was hit about a week and a half ago and the person that hit me took off and I have alot of personal belongings in the vehicle and even if we signed the car over they will not allow us to get our belongings out of the car and we called the law and they said we can't be kept from our belongings if we're signing the car over to them and I called and went there and called alba back again to make an appointment to get our belongings and she still has not responded

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. In two plus years driving a truck, they are by far the most unprofessional and biggest schemers in the northeast area. They will rob you blind for bad service and will not tell you the ridiculous prices they will charge. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Sometimes it takes a catastrophy to reveal exceptionality. Traveling on interstate 84, the shackles on the back axel of our fifth wheel broke. Luckily we navigated to the shoulder with no one hurt. Then enter an entire team of exceptional employees at Hilarios Truck Center. Starting with Paul (p2) the amazing tow truck driver, to Mike the empathetic and understanding service manager we were treated with kindness and professional care. Eric the mechanic that fixed our rig, was a gem of knowledge and skill. No one would ask for highway trouble but if it happens I hope you have the great fortune to have a Hilarios Truck in your car's rear view mirror.

We were hauling livestock with family and they got us back on the road as soon as possible and took care to make sure that our livestock were not stressed in the extreme heat. We were in a box truck headed for FL when we lost a fuel line. They dropped everything to help us. NO CHARGE! Who does that? They do! Ultimately they weren't able to completely fix it. They totally told us how we could fix it our selves and gave us a complete shopping list for a local O'Reillys. A couple hours later and we were on our way to FL.

Our RV broke down I-84 Danbury Ct call AAA ...(big time confusion)...after an hour or so a tow truck came in ..to check our rv for high, etc ..to find out that AAA didn't give them any info on our rv...so a regular tow truck was send ...oops!!! ..we needed a a low boy truck because the high. ..FYI...Connecticut highways a lot of low bridges......(weekend) so we end up driving the rv to the shop....driver followed just in case....Hilarious Truck Center let us stay with the RV over the weekend...on Monday first thing they fixed it.....NICE people....ON THE WAY WE GO SOUTH....The best thing about this adventure!!! We found excellent restaurants Barbarie's Black Angus Grill and Bangkok...and 3 Brothers Dinner...So if you are passing thru this area in Danbury or in need of a mechanic or tow....give this shop a call...for us NO COMPLAINTS....EXCELLENT SERVICE

Amazing customer service!! I was on a trip from Boston to Jersey and was stranded in CT. As many can attest, this last snowstorm was extremely challenging for both small and large plowing companies. It was a tough one. I called Brownie’s (Hilario's) on Monday evening when my husband got stuck in a difficult spot. They were inundated with calls at the time and asked me to reach back out on Tuesday. After we tried unsuccessfully to get out ourselves, I called again—and within less than an hour they were in Kent with a heavy-duty wrecker to help us. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. He even made sure we were fully able to get out of the driveway before he left. Yes, the service was expensive, but the level of care and responsiveness was exceptional. Brownie’s has helped us multiple times, and we will absolutely continue to support them. I highly recommend their services!
