Charged me 100.00 twice for diagnostic test and wated to charge me another diagnostic test after they get into air ride. Bill was 278.00 and did not help me one bit. They need to stick to oil changes and brake jobs, and nothing far past that.

My family had a C240 repaired for an oil leak which we were charged for and was never repaired . Mr.paul has gotten too old to handle the shop. We were told to return the car in which we did and the car still hasn't been repaired as of yet.

There's nothing fancy about Paul, his team or the location. You won't get bottled water, a loaner car or a shuttle. You won't be able to email or catch them after 4.30 in the afternoon. You may not even be able to leave a message. What you will get is an honest appraisal of the mechanical condition of your vehicle, the work that needs done, the work that can wait and the price it will cost you. You will get it done within the time frame that they promise you, by guys who know Mercedes and BMW's inside and out and have been working on them for 40+ years. I brought in a 2002 Mercedes wagon with 197,000 miles on it, that had cost me a fortune in repairs, just trying to diagnose basic issues at another shop. Paul diagnosed and fixed the issues at an honest price and reassured me I have at least another 100K left in the engine. It now runs better than most new Mercedes on the road.

Took my 05 Mercedes in to have a throttle position sensor ($40 on EBay) which according to a Hilton’s is less than a 1 hour job. Car had broken down on the way to airport and we left it there for a week. On our return we were handed a bill for $680. They had charged $99 to diagnose problem which had already been determined, $250 for a new battery, battery was less than a year old, 5 times the price of EBay’s price and 4 times the fair labor suggested by Chiltons. He totally fleeced me on part because we were in a bad situation. BEWARE OF THIS GARAGE!! GET AN ESTIMATE FIRST-WHICH HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME. Had to leave stars to submit review.

The starter on my 2012 GL550 decided to go out while I was visiting Arkansas during the Christmas holidays. I called the local Benz dealer but they refuse to work on vehicles older than 2013. They referred me to Donnies but there's a 2 week wait. I called Hill Chrest German Auto and they were able to replace the starter the same day at a reasonable price. Great customer service!!

I needed a new battery this go around (old battery was 11 years old) and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes.
