Jeff treated me so well as I was very stressed when I arrived. I needed 2 new front tires and was very worried about being a female and it costing me more, I was shocked when I got price and almost screamed how soon can you do it! I have been taking my car to Hillis for over five years. My husbands family have used them even longer. There is something to be said about a family owned business. I have always been impressed with the work they've done and have never felt taken advantage of. Jeff and his team are always explaining situations in detail and giving me several options for how to take care of it. I am so thankful for a trusting mechanic.

I've been taking my cars here for almost a decade. They're often busy, but do better work at the most reasonable prices I've found anywhere in town. They just spent a month or so hunting down a transmission control module for me that's on nationwide back order. They managed to track one down, and rescue my used vehicle purchase from being a massive sunk cost. Jeff always goes out of his way to explain exactly what component of the vehicle is failing, why it's important, and how they'll be able to fix it. I can't sing their praises enough.

Absolutely fantastic service! Great mechanics and customer service. They thoroughly explained and explored the issue, listened to what I had experienced, and only fixed what was required. I compared rates across town and they were the most cost effective. They checked in a couple days after to see how the car was doing -- just wonderful. It was quick and painless. Best. Mechanic. Ever.

Just the nicest people, I came in close to closing time because of just getting off work and weather with a tire that kept loosing air. They stayed late to fix it and had me on my way. Most places would have said to come back the next day, but Hill’s really do treat you like they would want to be treated! Thanks

I have been going to Hillis for over 20 years. Jeff has always been there for me when things were tough with my vehicle. The last time I pulled in at 4:35 on a Friday and my truck was miss firing on number 2, he got the coil pack replaced and had me on the road by 5. Excellent service. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have been coming here since 2010. Jeff Hillis and his staff are honest and knowledgeable. I have used them on many occasions and there work and service is always impeccable. They will let you know exactly what is wrong and how much it will cost to repair it. If they find something that requires additional attention they will inform you and let you decide what you want to do. In my opinion they go way beyond the typical service that most garages provide.
