Warning lights on my truck dash indicated that something was very wrong. My insurance company sent a tow truck and provided a list of mechanics in the area to choose from. Since I didn’t know any of them I relied on reviews to make a choice and the reviews did not steer me wrong. I was told what was wrong within minutes and Rolando ordered the part that I needed. The shop was done with the repair quickly after receiving the part. Obviously different repairs and situations could result in more or less time without your vehicle; I can’t make any promises in that area. I’m certain that you’ll be pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that you receive at HisTech, though.

These men are true professionals and have a natural gift of knowing how to treat customers and gain your trust. I am an older man who recently moved to Tyler, and I have limited automotive knowledge. I have certain disabilities, and it is so important to have my older vehicle maintained and operating at optimum levels. I’ve taken several cars to Roland. Recently after he had back surgery he hires techs that don’t know what they are doing and they will screw up your car. Had a car with a chipped valve. He sent the top of the engine off to be milled. When I got the car back it developed a misfire very soon after. Then he refused to fix it. Then I took it to another mechanic it was discovered that the timing chain was off timing and the power steering pump bolts broke off because they were not torqued correctly when the pump was reinstalled. I had to sell my vehicle off because of these issues caused by his inexperienced techs. I don’t trust Histech auto with my cars at all.

The absolute BEST shop in town!! Rolando has worked miracles on this Car 🚗 I got DUPED on when I bought it. He has The BEST prices in town because he CARES about people and understands the need for a dependable car. They went out of their way like NO OTHER shop I have ever seen. I won’t ever use another mechanic. He could have charged me for several other things when doing my car, because other shops DID ($140 JUST to remove my smart start each time) Not Roland. If you’re looking for honesty and integrity go to Histech. For sure 👍
