The professionalism of this place was terrible. They treated me like garbage. Everytime i called I was treated very rude. So much so I was hung up on twice. O couldn't do business with this establishment if I didn't have to.

Disgusting place disgusting owners. They are contracted by NYPD, and think they can treat people however they want. I called regarding getting property out of my vehicle, the guy told me to pass by in an hour because he wasn’t there. Sure enough I passed by a little over an hour just to give time and make sure he arrived and no one was there, because mind you this “shop” looks like they are always closed, there isn’t even an office to walk in to. I called to see where he was, he aggressively yelling at me asking why I showed up late he waited for me for over an hour and he was cursing at me. I told him why I he being so rude I just need my belongings and he goes word for word “I’m not saying anything bad I said a few curse words if that bothers you oh well get over it” I was just shocked and in disbelief on the lack of professionalism this place has. Save yourself the time find another place, you will have a nightmare here.

Due to circumstances beyond my control I found myself in need of a body shop. Upon recommendation from a friend I went to HCC collision where I met the owner Mike. From the moment I met him, Mike put me at ease and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. My repairs were completed in a timely manner and look amazing as if the accident never happened. Mike handled all contacts with the insurance companies and assisted in securing a rental car. I find Mike to be a man of his word and wish more companies treated their customers as he does. I would highly recommend HCC to anyone who may find themselves in need of auto body repairs.

Place is a total ripoff. Went to get a quote for someone keying my car and had an older person there who had no idea what was going on tell me to call back in or come back another day. It was close to my home so I went back and they quoted me $1900 CASH to get it done. Never got to doing it plus it seemed crazy expensive. Went to a place in Bayside and paid $500 to get it done ✅ Forget this place and also forget Danny's next to it please You can see my review history and see how fair my reviews always are.

YOU SHOULD READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID HERE. It was a HORRIBLE experience with Mike(owner)and his employees. Mike wasn’t transparent about his schedule. it caused me can’t towed my car on Friday, then my car HAVE TO stay there for the entire weekend, and I have to reschedule my trip on the weekend. when I finally be able to send the car to my auto body shop. He charged about $1000 for storage fee. He didn’t go through the paperwork. I don’t even know I should sign the paper for police department. Even I already visited there a couple times. He use multi traps to stop me tow the vehicle ASAP from there, wasted my time back and forth to the shop. He owned or partner with the next door auto body shop. The ppl in there not nice either Hope my experience will help you save time and money. Btw My car stayed at here 9 days.

They stored my car here. When I drove away, my engine light came on, which forced me to take the car to a 4s shop for repair. My car was always well maintained and had no accidents, but it happened here. So I suggest everyone to check it before taking the car from here. Although the owner of this shop has a very bad attitude and experience

Hollis Court Collision was recommended by 2 of my friends who had work done on their cars recently. Mike remembered one of them. After seeing the work done on their cars and how happy they were, I too decided to give HCC a chance. I did not want to put it through insurance and felt that the price given was very fair. Came back the following week and the car was done in 2 days. My equinox looked good and his detail person did a fantastic cleaning job too. Then another friend needed some work done on her 2017 Nissan Rouge and it is a beautiful job. So the the total of 4 people using mike within 5 months are now happy campers.

Mike was so nice and understanding. Some Petty Betty neighbor got my car towed while I was on vacation for 2 weeks. He joked around to lighten the mood, answered questions we had and gave us a little bit of a break. Cool dude. Definitely recommend!

Mike is friendly, patient and helpful.My car was towed because the neighbor called 311. I couldn’t pick up immediately because I was out of the states. My car was stored at this place over 10 days. Everything is good. The fee is reasonable and not like others said that it was too much. And also there is paperwork. I recommend you call before go to the office.

My was towed there. When I went to pick up my car from the lot, I found out they had left my keys inside and locked the car. They had me wait for a while before finally bringing my car back. It had damage done to it and i had ro go back to the DMV. I called and told about the due they kept hanging up on me on purpose.

BEWARE of these SCAM artists. They take full advantage of first time customers. Do NOT have them tow your vehicle. They were charging 400-500 just to drive the vehicle two miles away from the crash location. The entire duration of this job would've taken no more than 30 minutes for them. When we went to pick up the vehicle on Monday, they wanted to charge us overnight fees since we had the car towed on Friday night. Mind you they are CLOSED on the weekends, yet still decided to charge overnight fees. They work with the NYPD so they get away their unethical policies. Stay away from them at all cost. You can have nearby tow shops do it for HALF.

My car was sadly impounded by drunk drivers in the middle of the night. Mike was there to tow my car and from the beginning was very kind and supportive through it all! He did not push me and respected my thoughts and encouraged me to look around. He was so validating and empathetic, which you really don’t see from much people nowadays. Mike was so kind and patient and explained my right and the process from start to end. He treated me like his daughters even though we were strangers. Would highly recommend him!
