Abamilki has been an amazing caregiver. He is kind, caring, patient and compassionate. My father is 91 years old and has declined in his physical abilities. Abamilki helps with everything from bathing to laundry, to wheelchair walks around the park. He is truly a wonderful man and a godsend to our family.

Amber has been my caregiver for over a year and she continues to impress me with her competence, caring, skills, and agreeability. There is nothing she forgets to do and adds post its for each new thing I request. She is a perfectionist in all she does and makes me feel completely safe in her care of me.

My wife sustained head trauma (TBI) and loss of consciousness while serving in the Army. Here we are later in life and she was diagnosed with major cognitive impairment, dementia and Alzheimer’s.
A NP assigned to my wife’s care team at the VA suggested I contact Home Instead for respite care. Honestly, that was the best suggestion anyone could have made. From the time of my initial contact with office staff, through the evaluation process, and now having been assigned two caregivers, the entire process has been exceptional.
The two caregivers I would like to commend are Emma and Jada. They are truly devoted to their mission of taking care of my wife during their assigned days. The professionalism, friendliness, thoughtfulness, trustworthiness, and promptness are welcomed traits that should not go unnoticed, and I would like to thank them for all they do.
Those that have provided caregiver duties for a loved one know the challenges that come with that responsibility. To have additional help during the week is a much welcomed relief that allows me time to decompress and to take care of matters away from home, especially knowing your loved one is in good hands during your absence.
Thank you Emma and Jada for all you do…..keep up the great work. You are much appreciated.

It was very difficult for me to accept the fact that I needed help in taking care of my husband after he had two major back surgeries and then being diagnosed with a neurological movement disorder. I just want to thank Home Instead for pairing us up with Linda. We are so pleased with Linda as a caregiver for my 85-year-old husband with dementia. She cares for my husband like he was her family. Linda waits on him hand and foot. I was very apprehensive about having a stranger in our home, But Linda won us over on the first day with her warm and friendly professionalism. We contracted Home Instead on Sept 24 and have been delighted with their team of
“care-pros”who cared for my mother. Always on time, several of them became new friends for my 94-year old mother. They were very caring and helped with light housekeeping as well. When we had to change a schedule, Megan, Shiloh and others were extremely patient and understanding. I highly recommend this company!

Home Instead has been life-changing for my mother! With caregivers like Kelly coming in every day from 7am-7pm I know she is being cared for in the best possible way. I have seen a big improvement in her quality of life since we started with Home Instead. The girls have been like friends or family to Mom, and even though I am clear across the country in Florida, I am very comfortable knowing the kind of care she is receiving. Thank you Home Instead!!
