I wanted to pay the lowest reasonable price. Andre understood my concerns. He was able to bring down the price that was quoted for the services by getting me that maximum discount possible. **updating to remove a star because they didn’t replace the oil cap after my service, so now I need to find one. This was the best experience I’ve had with dealership service. My car is approaching 100k miles and I was dreading have to schedule with a dealer for my car’s transmission oil change. From start to finish, Honda North Hollywood was easy and transparent. I attempted to schedule online but wasn’t sure what service to select, so I called. Breanna was a good listener, offered multiples dates and times that worked for me, provided pre-tax estimates for cost, and let me know about their courtesy valet (they can pick up and drop off your car to you Tuesday-Thursdays!). They text you updates. Allen called to confirm the services they’d be performing when my car arrived. My favorite part was getting a text with a video of the inspection of my car. I’ve never had a mechanic do that before and it’s usually just a “trust me, you need this” kind of vibe. They recommended additional services and explained the need, but didn’t pressure me one bit. I appreciated every step of the process. Really blown away.

Had a great experience at Honda of North Hollywood! Better than any Honda dealer I've been to in the past. Everyone was extremely nice, and the customer service was really great. My service provider, Allen, was great and made sure I was taken care of. They also didn't overcharge me for anything, like many other dealerships usually do. Highly recommend Honda of North Hollywood!

I have one very serious question: WHY? Just...WHY? It's so easy to maintain the loyalty of a customer...so why eradicate it so readily and easily by NON-STOP berating me and inquiring me about selling me vehicle to you when I am SIMPLY TRYING TO HAVE IT RECEIVE MAINTENANCE?!? I bring my car in for an oil change in JULY....after waiting practically an ENTIRE day (what should've taken 1-2 hours anywhere else), all I get is people calling me and texting me offering me trade-in deals for new cars?! I make it clear that I have NO interest in selling my vehicle, and ask when MY vehicle will be ready following its maintenance... Month, after month, after MONTH following this visit, all the way up to when I am writing this review SIX MONTHS LATER IN JANUARY 2026, you have continually messaged me EVERY month afterwards....not about anything to do with me as a customer or my personal vehicle, but solely out of personal interest of trying to convince me that you should be able to PURCHASE my vehicle! NEWS FLASH!!!! This is NOT how you retain customer loyalty OR get your customers to sell their vehicles to you!! No. Instead, I not only will NEVER sell my vehicle to you in the future, but I also will NEVER again be utilizing you for vehicle maintenance services. Absolutely ridiculous. Do you not have any shame or decent at all?? I'm honestly so disgusted. Unsurprisingly, I do NOT recommend any of your services to any one AT ALL, in any way, WHATSOEVER.

Robert is amazing. He was friendly, helpful and very transparent with the services needed. He kept us informed on the status throughout the process. When it came down to picking up the car, he stayed late to ensure we could get our car even though the service center was technically closed. I have been going to this location for years and have not had a bad experience however Robert has been made it way more pleasant.

Robert made my experience with Honda very pleasant. I appreciated that he notified me about concerns with the car after the full diagnostic without pushing a sale. Despite returning a few days after the service because the glove compartment was not being fully secure, Robert not only remembered my vehicle but took care of it right away. His efforts towards customer connection and quality in person service is a reflection of his willingness to go the extra mile. He’s a comedian too so enjoy the laughs as well.

My service advisor, Bryan Mendoza, was great—transparent, clear, and genuinely friendly. He made the service process far less stressful, especially while handling a warranty repair. There was a minor issue when I initially received my car back, but it was quickly resolved, and communication throughout the process was solid, which is what really matters. Best of all, there was no cost to me. He even went the extra mile by arranging to have my car dropped off at my workplace once the service was completed the first time. Offered to have my car picked up and dropped off for the second service, but I took the car in myself. Was in and out, quick! Thanks Bryan!

North Hollywood Honda hands down provided one of the best experiences at a time that was very stressful. It all started with the Service Consultant Bryan Mendoza. My AC stopped working on my fairly new Honda Accord 2022, but my factory warranty was already expired. I did purchase extended coverage through my Credit Union when I bought my Lease out. Bryan has never heard of the type of coverage that I had but he took the initiative to contact the company and go through all the hoops to get the approvals to get the AC repaired. He took alot of the stress away and made the process so simple. I would recommend Honda North Hollywood in a heart beat to anyone who needs their car serviced. All the staff from all departments were so friendly and the facility was spotless clean from top to bottom.
