Wish I would have read reviews before and now I’m out money! Terrible. Automatic car wash took my money, put in $20 dollars, then wouldn’t open to wash my car. Tried pressing refund and nothing. Called numerous times, tried to go inside. No one answers to either. Voicemail is full.

Washed my car this morning in the self wash bays and it was so nice. The new credit card machine worked quickly and gave me my total charge at the end of the wash. The equipment has lots of pressure, lots of soap and didn't leak all over my clean car.

CC machine way over charges. I went in for a quick rinse, machine told me my fee's were $5.25 and when I got home, $20 had been charged. Looking at the reviews this happens often and it appears to be a little scam on the unsuspecting. When you call you get a voicemail box that is full, no return call.

Gave one star because zero was not an option. Second time I used this wash and got charged $20 for an $8.75 car wash. They do not answer calls and VM full. What a horrible operation and bad service.

I would give this 0 stars if it was an option. I stopped the machine at $4.25 and was charged $20. I have called several times with no answer and the voicemail is full. There was also no soap in the scrub brush so I paid $20 to rinse my car with water. Absolutely do not waste your money here.

DO NOT Wash your car HERE!!! Spent $10 at the “$3 Wash” and dirt was still visible all over the car because not enough soap was coming out. Spoke with a very friendly employee who let me wash it again with unlimited time. Again, not enough soap was coming out, but I continued to waste my time since it was unlimited. HUGE waste of my time! I washed my car twice and it still is dirty because the the flow of soap is so limited. If you want a clean car…PLEASE save your self the time and money and find a different self wash facility.

I have had numerous issues with the wash bays not having soap and cannot get ahold of the business. I have attempted to call numerous times and have even sent numerous Facebook messages to their page. As of yet, I have never received a response. Move along everyone, don’t waste your time or money.

half the bays have no water pressure, none of the bays have soap, vacuums don't work at all, and if you pay with cc they charge you $20 for a $3 wash and it's 50/50 if you get the $17 back. don't waste your money. go to another car wash in windsor.

Overcharges, and the wash cycle never has soap. The foam brushes don't work, nor does the tire cleaner. So for $20, you basically get a high-pressure rinse, depending on how many other people are there.

Would not come back to this car wash. Nothing would work when it’s cold out and tried calling to get assistance and get a refund for the wash not working and call went to voicemail. There are better options for washes in Windsor

This place needs to be reported locally to anyone and everyone who can read, stay away from this poorly run business. used card to do a wash, only got half done for maybe 2 mins and shut off. Charged me $20 and showed up on my debit within a min. I tried reaching out to the owner and was told not his problem, dispute with Wells Fargo? Scam, don't use this place!!! Total ripoff. Called before I went back and VM full. Wish I had read the reviews before getting scammed out of $20.

Sorry to say Hosers car wash Windsor has lost me as a customer. I believe in shopping local business when possible. But after using their wash bays on different occasions. And yesterday what I decided was my final visit. Due to the fact that the bay I used wasn’t in proper working order. I’ll explain. I selected rinse to start and swiped my card like I always done . But no pressure so I tried other functions they seemed to work. So I thought no worries I’ll just stop and restart. But to no success $6 literally down the drain. So I switched to a different bay ,mud covered floor I should add because it seems they must not have someone around to keep bays clean throughout the day like other self service car wash I’ve been to do. So success as I first started to rinse the light dirt off my vehicle and then moved dial to foam wash . But not surprising no foam. Just light soapy water basically. Why I wasn’t surprised because all the other times I’ve been there the foam is what I would call weak. I’m not being picky I just want the goods and service I’m paying for . Is that too much to ask?

Half the time this car wash has a bay closed, the other half the time it’s so full of mud on the bottom but if you take your car to get washed, it’s just gonna get dirty immediately, and today they couldn’t even get the two car wash bays that are open they have soap to get your car even clean, I will now drive all the way across town to get my car washed from now on needless to say don’t even bother stopping here! A single star is even too generous for this review.

Went to wash my 4Runner this morning in bay 1, and it has no soap, is only at two thirds percent power because the hose is leaking from the top, so I took another shower. I tried to call but the mailbox is full so I'm sure they are getting numerous complaints, which mean they don't care. Don't waste your money at Hosers Car Wash!!!

I went to give my car a quick wash. Swiped with my card to pay, and the total came to just over $5. I pressed the red button to stop the wash and everything. Checked my bank account the next day and I was charged for $20! I’ve been trying to call them and nobody will answer the phone.

ZERO out of 5 should be an option for this car wash. STAY AWAY!!!! This place used to be decent just 2 years ago. Recently, it has been basically abandonded, or perhaps the owner has died. At least 3/4 wash bays are broken every day and not marked off, so you can pay for no wash service. Nails and screws on the ground, trash everywhere, and the bays have at least 1 to 2 inches of mud in them normally. On my last visit, the pressure washer hose on the ceiling was broken, and as soon as I put money in, it dumped water all over me. No soap at all last 3 times I visited. Only come here if you want to waste money and scratch your car. Windsor needs to shut this place down. It is embarrassing.

Stay away from here it seems like they don't maintenence clean or fill their dispensers. Not clean in bays, no soap in any of the dispenser's, bug remover did not come out of hose, presoke did not come out of hose, hardly any soap came out of the hose, no soap for the brush, truck is still dirty what a waste

This car wash is terrible. 👎🏼👎🏼. My truck was dirty but no mud caked on. After my wash, I stopped to look and was highly disappointed. It looked awful. The machine also didn’t give me a receipt. I will never use this place again. I will also make sure nobody I know wasted their time or money here as well.

I read the reviews before coming here and brought quarters to avoid the possibility of being charged twice from using the card payment option. Overall, the wash quality is just okay using the manual wash bay. All of the options on the selector dial appeared to work and the sprayer nozzle pressure was good but that’s where the good ends and the bad begins. If going from one of the soap/spray options to another or just to rinse, there’s at least a 20 second delay when switching which is the longest time I’ve seen when comparing different car washes. The “Foam Brush” option should have been called “Drop of Soap with an Occasional Bubble” because there was virtually no foam and left me feeling like I was using the brush for free. The soap barrel could have been low but I don’t know for sure. Finally, the cleanliness of the bay I was in was the real issue for me. I understand that weekend warriors with UTV’s and off road vehicles are paying customers but it should be Hosers responsibility to either police the mess that’s left behind or to clean behind them. Actual garbage washed out of vehicles and pounds of mud and sand washed to the edges of the bay was just inexcusable as you can see in the video. Simply put, I won’t be returning to Hosers.
