Went in to get a Oil Change July 28 for 50 dollars put my bag of oil and the filter that I came with while I was in the waiting room for 5 minutes I see my car being lowered on the lift my bag of oil and the filter is still sitting on the box I put it on when I came in l went out and looked in the bag all the oil and the filter are still in the bag I said something to him about it he raised the car back up on the lift took off the filter and dropped the car back down I'm stood there and watched him then he put the new oil in I won't be going back to the shop again they're trying to put cheap oil in your car and not change your filter I hade full synthetic oil I guess this is the new scam that's going on now taking your money and your oil and not changing your filter so beware of this place I got the right place 1737 windrim avenue I just added a photo

Service engine soon light came on a day after I brought it here for an oil change. Went to get a oil change at Jiffy Lube a couple months later and the engine light went off. Don't take your car here for oil change I don't know how they do with other things

Hounsou Universal Auto Repair is top-notch! After months of dealing with an EVAP issue and visiting three different mechanics with no results, I finally brought my truck here. As someone who provides free welding repairs for low-income and senior clients, I need my truck to work—fast. Even though they were busy with lots of customers, they still accepted my vehicle and treated me professionally. I went here because my heat in the car wasn't working, other places told me i needed a blower but when i went here he said my blower was good it was just electrical issue my car had. He fixed it and my car now has heat in less than 3hours, got my breaks and rotor done as well. been here twice and love the service, will highly recommended................ price is reasonable
