Got my car towed there and as soon as I got there they were able to check it out, gave me a call back letting me know what needed done & the price. They told me it would be about 3 hours of work & that they would give me a call letting me know if that was all that needed done to fix my car. I was able to pick it up the same day it was brought in. I didn’t meet anyone other than the owner and woman at the front desk but both were extremely nice & it was great service! Highly recommend them!

I’ve been taking my cars to Hudson’s for over 20 years (started when Mick ran the place). Chris and his team are always professional, knowledgeable and timely. If something needs updating now, they tell me. If it can wait, they tell me that too. I have confidence my car will run efficiently when I drive out of the Hudson lot!

I have been taking my car to Hudson's for years and I always get great service. Even if something doesn't go right...they will make it right. It only happened 1x but I took my car in for new breaks. Got the new breaks and the next day ..some weird sound was coming from my breaks. I called and talked to Chris..he was like bring it in. I brought my car back and he rode in the car with me..so he could hear it. He heard it as well.. I left the car and they ordered a whole new set of breaks and replaced them all. Some times it's not the shop but a bad product and Chris made it right. Recently I took my car in just for a tire rotation and I explained to Austin that we were down to 1 car so I would have to wait for it. As soon as I got there..Austin took the car in..rotated the tires and was done in about 20 to 30 min. I so appreciated how they took care of me...as it's difficult being down 1 car in a family. They are honest and hard working.

Always greeted with a smile and genuine concern for your needs. Service is always quick and reasonable. I have never had to return to correct any errors because there aren't any! I would highly recommend Hudson's Automotive Service to anyone with car repair needs or even simple auto maintenance! Big city service with a small town atmosphere! They treat you like you're part of the family! I'd give them 10 stars if it were an option!

Hudson Automotive went above and beyond to repair our vehicle and get my family back on the road. They got us into the shop immediately, gave us a quote that was several hundred dollars less than competitors, and the owner even offered to give me a ride home so I wouldn't have to walk. Not only was the price much lower than competitors, but they did a full inspection, sent me photographs of everything, AND the owner called me to explain the inspection results AFTER the shop was already closed. Hudson Automotive exceeded all of my expectations by working tirelessly to take care of me and my family; I will definitely be using them for all of my vehicle needs going forward.

I need some work done before we had to take a road trip. After comparing costs at other area garages, I was able to schedule the work the next day and the work was done in the specified time frame. While replacing the timing belt Austin failed to set the timing correctly and my car would hardly run and when I mentioned to Chris that it ran great before he got very angry. Austin told me that it was likely a bent valve and suggested that I scrap the car or buy a used engine. Since my engine was non interference I told them this was unlikely but they argued with me saying it was an interference engine. Chris finally admitted it was a non-interference engine. I was barely able to drive the car home because it ran so rough. I was charged over $1000 dollars for this incompetence.Austin also pulled the valve cover and failed to tighten the 4 nuts holding it on. 2 nuts weren't even hand tightened. 1/2 quart of oil dripped onto my exhaust and driveway. I ended up pulling the timing belt and timing the engine myself in my driveway and now runs great again. Another time I brought the same car in and they failed to secure a hub cap so I lost one and had to buy a new set. Another time they replaced suspension part on rear wheel of another car and didn't bother to check alignment and the tire which was new blew out a couple of weeks later while on the highway. The tire was riding on the extreme inner edge and quickly wore out. Bring your car there at your own risk.
