Owner responded saying they "take it seriously": EMPTY WORDS. If you took it seriously it wouldn't happen to begin with. May your business fail. May you go out with a whimper. And may you never succeed in this world. Do you want your lug nuts over-tightened to 200 ft lbs instead of 70 so its impossible to remove the tire again? Do you want to have them inflate your tires to 20 psi over the max? Do you want your time wasted by having them replace half the parts that need to be fixed on your car so you need to come back? If you do, come here to get ripped off by half-wits who don't know jack.

Highly recommend! I was quoted $1100 at Meineke for a new exhaust system because they claimed that it all needed to be replaced. IMC showed me underneath the car and fixed with a pipe sleeve for $80…great service and friendly staff:) Thank you so much! Car sounds so much better:)

Man, what a great muffler shop. Allow them to supply new exhaust or bring your own and they will install it. They are hvac (air condition) certified also. Can’t say enough. Great job IMC on my recharge. $120. WOW!!!

They try to scam you with a lot of add on to the price waste my time after being there from 10:30 and I was first customer until 1 till they got my car in and whatever we planned to do to the car they didn’t want to do it because they noticed I got my own tips and Y pipe and I’m not going need anything from there shop then the straight pipe and welding and on top of that price came out to 475 which is crazy numbers, every car I buy I do same work to them and fully straight pipe for single exhaust with two tips cost max 225.

I called them and they asked me for the make, model, and year. They quoted $120 for each side over the phone. It took me 45 minutes to get there. When I arrived, they quoted $180. Of course, I didn't have it done. I can't pay $360 instead of $240.

I pulled up on them unplanned just going down 16th street. I asked them how much it would be for four new tires and wheels. The price was "so right" that I could not pass it up. They are really friendly, helpful and fast. I would have given 5 stars and the only reason was that I had to leave to get cash since they do not take credit cards or debit. A little inconvenient having to get an estimate and then go to the bank to get the money for it. But overall service was great!
